We had a great experience at this location. It was so nice that every couple had their own room and bathroom. The pool area lounging area were perfect for hanging out. We spent a lot of time on the dock watching the sun rise, set, fishing and using the kayaks. This house is set in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything. Kevin was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful during our stay, we would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent stay. The host was always responsive to our messages. The house was well stocked with necessities in all areas. The kitchen had almost anything you could need for utensils and small appliances. There were pool floats and the garage was packed with anything you might need for a beach day (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, sand toys). A quiet neighborhood setting.

Great house in nice neighborhood and loved being able to rent a boat to dock there and explore from the house. House was well stocked and comfortable for 10 adults

We really enjoyed the spacious home and the outside tv seating for our group to hang with in the am and evenings. The pool and flotation items were very relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyed too!

The house made for a wonderful vacation—clean, spacious, and activity-filled, along with good communication with the owners. We had 8, but 10 would’ve fit very comfortably.

We come to Florida every year after Christmas and by far this was the best house we’ve had. Very spacious, well maintained, and the hosts were excellent to deal with! We couldn’t have been happier.

This place is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the extra things like kayaks, beach chairs, coolers, etc. that you often have to rent or purchase.

Excellent VRBO! Kevin and Sheila were attentive to any/all emails or texts that we sent. Great and beautiful home. My family of 10 adults had a great 4 night stay. All 5 couples had their own king size bed and bathroom areas! Extra games, activities, pool, hot tub, sitting areas were all bonus! Would definitely stay again!!

Everything promised in the listings was dead in. We had a group of (5) 40/50 year old couples, and everything was great. Bedrooms/Bathroom situation was great, pool was great, and location was ideal for everything we did. Will be back.

Great family rental house. We really enjoyed the different games, the pool, the hot tub and the various spaces to hang out.Quiet neighborhood; the canal access is fantastic. We enjoyed trips on the kayaks. House is well stocked and beautiful. Sparkling clean.

We were an extended family of 9. This home was as beautiful as advertised and well appointed. Pool area and Lanai provide seamless indoor/outdoor living. Pool area is south-facing catching the sun all day long. Property manager is also the owner and is very responsive to questions via text, phone, or email.

Wonderful home, even better than the pictures. We used Lanai area everyday , and garage area with games made it even better. Everything you would need is supplied. Best VBRO we have stayed in!

I have stayed in several Vrbo houses and this was by far the best. The amenities the house has are amazing. The pictures are 100% accurate. Kevin was amazing to deal with.

Great vacation home

There were 7 in our group and everyone loved the house and the pool. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day and had a couple fisherman in the group who enjoyed fishing right off the dock. Cape Coral is a beautiful town with great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great House...Great Location!

We loved the house...was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool and being able to park our boat at the house/canal outback was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
