Enjoy sunny Fort Myers Beach at this new, 3 bedroom home on the northern end of the island. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach or restaurants. Property has a large private pool and hot tub. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shared guest bath. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (both twin over full). Living room has additional queen sofa bed if needed. Enjoyable amenities such as WiFi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub, grill and AC make your stay exceptional. With three bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor dining and a cozy living room this property is perfect for families, couples or friends. We stayed here with our family for a week, the property is exactly as in the photos and Nick the host is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling to Ft Myers.

Great location. Close access to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The property is very clean and has lots of toys, chairs, and everything you need for the beach. The home is well furnished for staying in for meal's. The pool and hot tub are great. Would definitely stay again.

This house was beautiful and very clean. My family of 5 had more than enough room and the location was very convenient to the beach and all the restaurants in FMB. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay - great location for walk to beach and local restaurants. The grounds were well kept and the pool area and front porch were a highlight. Well stocked house with everything needed to grill, for a great time by the pool, a bike ride, or a trip to the beach.

Great location and kid friendly. Would highly recommend this place! Pool was amazing and hot tub was used often! Everything you need for beach was available and the bikes so fun! Nick was a great host and very responsive! We hope to be back!

This home was incredible! Our family was extremely impressed with how well the house was stocked. I also really loved that there was a vacuum we could use daily because there's always so much sand. The host, Nick, was fantastic and was quick to respond via texts and the VRBO app. We really enjoyed the week!

The home was fantastic! It was everything that we were expecting and more. Clean and nicely stocked with the essentials. The pool and spa were lovely. My family enjoyed spending our evenings out there. Very close to the beach and the city center! We very much enjoyed working with Nick. He made everything very easy and I loved having that communication! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Nice new clean house. Easy check in and out. Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood but yet only a few houses from the beach. Within walking distance to LOTS to do and eat. All the beach accessories you need including the wagon. Bikes for use are a plus too! Would definitely stay here again!

The Pearl property was really nice. Nick the owner was very responsive to any questions I had and dealt with 1 small issue quickly and professionally. The house was in excellent shape, very clean with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, it was supplied with all the amenities you could want. All the beach accessories you could think of were supplied ..from chairs, umbrellas, wagon, bicycles, toys, boogie boards..etc.)A top notch place with top notch features and finishes. An excellent stay for anyone!

Great Stay!

Our family fully enjoy home and wonderful location to beach! Highly recommend to stay, host was great to work with and easy to contact. Also if worried about beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon etc, they had this available to use as well!!! Thank you for a great stay.

We greatly enjoyed staying at the White Pearl. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult and 5 kids easily. Nick was a responsive and excellent host - answered all our questions and was easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend as a nice house, close to the beach and big enough for a good size family.

Wonderful vacation home

My family and I enjoyed staying in this clean house with a short walk to the beach. It was extremely nice to have access to bikes, a wagon, coolers, beach chairs, plus a lot of other beach items! We all loved the pool after our beach days too. We also appreciated the fantastic communication with Nick for all of our questions/needs.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We stayed at this property for a family get away and were blown away by the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The owner had plenty of beach chairs, wagons, and coolers. The place was absolutely clean and included a beautiful pool! The owner was very easy to get ahold of.I would highly recommend this place!

This house is absolutely amazing! It is very luxurious from the furnishings to the kitchen items to the light fixtures. The pool is exceptionally large for the number of people the house can hold! The kitchen has equipment to cook (including knives that were nice) and you could easily prepare food here. The third bedroom (bunk room) was perfect for our cousin group to use and they had a great time in there. The TVs were large and the streaming services worked great! The WiFi was great for working while there. The host is super low key and communicated very effectively. We couldn’t figure out how to use one of the fans and he walked us through the (very easy) steps to resolve it. Easy peasy. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach as there’s a public beach entry super close by. The house has a great beach wagon and all the things you need for a beach day. The grocery store is within 2 miles, and you can walk or drive to all the best Fort Myers restaurants that are so close by!We would absolutely choose this house again for another trip to Fort Myers.

Beautiful house on a quiet street!

Amazing property on a quiet street! Large pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Clean house, comfortable beds, all needed kitchen items. Prompt and easy communication with owner. The 4 bikes were an extra bonus. It was great to have the large wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and sand toys.

Perfection!

We had an absolutely amazing week! Winter break couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to everything. The house was perfect - amazingly well kept. Pool area was great - kitchen and living space as well. Just can’t say enough. We will be back.

White Pearl Paradise!

This property exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in the area a few times, and we were the happiest with this stay. In the past we’ve had to buy extras like garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, but this property had it all! They also had pool toys, 6 beach chairs, a great beach wagon, and 4 bikes! The host was very responsive with all my questions as well. We will back to this beautiful house!

Perfect Stay!

Our stay at the White Pearl was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets. It even included a beach wagon and 4 bikes. The location was perfect—close to the beach, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the heated pool and outdoor space. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at! I have now stayed in many VRBO’s for my travels as I prefer it to hotels. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had. Communication: Nick is the most responsive host just before the vacation, during and just after vacation. He helps check in process go perfectly and follows up to ensure the trip is going smoothly. He is eager to know if there could be any improvements, but honestly, I can’t think of one. Location: The VRBO is SO walkable to the beach and restaurants which is so nice to avoid having to park especially if you have rental car. Also having a private pool is incredible. We used the pool every afternoon after the beach. Amenities: Nick has everything you can think of. Beach accessories (massive beach wagon, multiple beach chairs for all multiple family members, beach pails, shovels, umbrellas, coolers!), pool accessories (noodles, floats), and miscellaneous (bikes!). The kitchen is STOCKED with things you need. Spices, pots/pans, appliances, etc.Kid friendly: Traveling with my toddler for the first time was nerve wracking but he had a pack n play, sheets, kid utensils/plates/bowls and even a high chair! I brought my pack n play foam topper so it was extra soft for bedtime to make it even more like home. Nick truly cares about making family’s comfortable and thinks through everything!! All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 review. I sincerely hope my family and I are back one day!!

We had a wonderful stay for our first time visiting Ft Myers! The house was immaculate and comfortably fit 6 of us. We loved the quiet neighborhood , quick walk to the beach and the refreshing pool! The house was nicely stocked and we loved having access to the bikes, beach chairs and wagon! Nick was an excellent host and was always available with any questions we had! Highly recommend this rental!

This house is in a perfect location to the beach and town. Less than half a mile walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean, perfect outdoor space! Definitely recommend staying here! Host was quick and kind to communicate with. My kids loved the extra supplies available to use in the garage, floaties, noodles, boogie boards, bikes.
