This comfortable home will provide everything you need! We are 7 miles from Pensacola Beach - Navarre beach is 12 miles away. You will find shops and restaurants nearby. We have a reliable Wifi connection.
Sit by the pool and enjoy your morning coffee while the kids enjoy some pool time!
Guest must sign a Pool addendum Prior to checking -in.

We are excited to share our beach house with you! We personally use this home throughout the year and we love our neighbors! Please be cognizant of the noise level. We appreciate you taking great care of our house as if it was your own. -Pool Heating is Optional with a daily fee of $45 to offset the cost of Electricity. Let us know if you would like to add this feature 72 hours prior to check-in. If you decide to add this option, you will be charged an additional fee for your entire stay.
Guest must sign a Pool addendum Prior to checking -in.
**Max occupancy 8 guests (including kids)*** In the event this rule is not followed, immediate host cancellation will apply with no refund.
Please be clear on the number of guests you are bringing with you to avoid any misunderstandings.
The guest responsible for the booking must be 25 years of age or older. The host will verify the Government ID upon booking.
No smoking/vaping of any kind
Quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am
No parties or events
Trash pick up Day - If you are staying on a Thursday or Friday, we ask that you please take the trash out.
Pool Cleaning Day - The pool is serviced every week on Wednesdays. Please be aware Jayna will be there on Wednesdays (or Thursdays). She will use the gate to enter. You won't need to be present to open the gate for her.
Manipulation of the security cameras, wifi or pool equipment will result in an immediate host cancellation with no refund. Kindly Note: The propane tank is provided for your convenience, but it may not always be full. If you plan to use the grill or fire pit, you might need to refill or exchange the tank during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
