Home on the bay with the best sunset's. You have your own private dock to fish off, lounge chairs to lay out .there is a kayak to explore the bay area and look for dolphins. Picnic table to sit outside and BBQ. There is a fire pit and new beach chairs, corn hole game ,Hammock to relax so much to do so little time. Close to both pensacola and Navarre Beach. This home offers 3 bedroom's sleeps 6 . 2.5 bath home has been recently updated from the inside out. close the Pensacola and Navarre beach. close to shopping. playgrounds, walking trails. I am an experienced Host .

Beautiful Bay stay

Home is perfect, clean, and relaxing on the bay. Fishing and watching wildlife right outside your window. Nice restaurants nearby as well, especially for those who door dash. It was a great wintery weekend.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location. Great house, nice and clean and well stocked. And the host is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back ! The fishing was great as well

Wonderful vacation.

All of us enjoyed this property. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a restful stay. People in town were very friendly which was an added bonus. You can’t go wrong with this home!

Amazing Bay Stay !

Our family had a very peaceful stay. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing ! It was great for the kids , a beautiful yard to play in / dock and fishing. One of the most serene properties we have stayed

Great place

The house is great with a beautiful view. We saw dolphins, and the blue angels flew above us while we fished off the dock. Very nice stay.

Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay on the property including fishing off the dock and relaxing in the peace and quiet. Definitely would like to return and recommend this property.

Peace and Tranquility

As we drove in, I thought that the house would be in a bustling area with boat traffic and car traffic on the road. It was quite the opposite. Located at the end of the street on the bay, it was quiet and wonderful to relax at. The location is perfect for sorties to Pensacola Beach and onto the mainland. We had fun swimming everyday. Saw dolphins. Overall nice stay.

Beautiful sunsets and relaxation

The house fit our family great. The backyard, sunsets, docks, fire pit, hammock, and fishing can’t be beat. My sons loved fishing off the docks and catching blue crabs from the bay. We definitely felt home away from home. Great location, it was easy to get to Pensacola and Pensacola beach.

Had a great time!

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the bay, just a few minutes drive from anything you might need. Host was very responsive and helpful. Caught a couple fish off the private dock. The neighbors’ docks on both sides come out farther and seem to also angle in a little making boat access not really possible, but was still nice to have a private dock to hang out on. Kayaking and other stuff like that is accessible to the water. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, living room, and half bath downstairs. Mattresses were comfortable. Excellent views. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet and Tranquil Bayfront Location

Great Views. Pictures are totally accurate. Peaceful just sitting or fishing on the dock or viewing the sunrises and sunsets. Would recommend if you're looking for quiet location with plenty to do.

A Nightmare!

What a nightmare! Pictures of this rental suggest a place for relaxation. I paid for this rental and planned to spend a peaceful 30 days there but upon arrival found anything but that! Instead found significant construction (building 2 decks & a roof over them) in the adjoining townhouse unit. Lumber and construction equipment were 1 foot from the rental unit deck. Owner was aware of the construction, but did not contact me to give me an opportunity to cancel or modify my agreement if I didn’t want to deal with the noise. No apology or offer to refund the rental fee but instead suggested that I should enjoy the unit. Contacted VRBO who said that they couldn’t do anything and that the owner would be responsible to compensate me. VRBO also said that since the accommodation was not suitable, they would find a new rental for me. The next day VRBO sent an e-mail stating that I didn’t qualify for rebooking or financial compensation. After several conversations with the owner & VRBO with no fair resolution, I had to find a new rental. Beware!

Everything you could want

This property was so great. It was in a nice neighborhood right on the bay. It was calm and relaxing, it had everything you could want and need. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great place

Location was excellent! House was perfect - loved the upstairs porch, kitchen was well stocked, the garage was a bonus for us to store our bicycles. A nice quiet hamlet on the bay.

Do I have to go home?

Very clean, beautiful and peaceful. We loved that it was tucked away from everything, yet close enough to anything you might want to do. We hope to stay there again.

we bought the house from my husbands grandparents we have worked on restoring it for years. We love it there (we lived in it for over 3 years) we moved to pensacola about 30 min away.

If you like to relax in a hammock ,fish or swim off the dock , Kayak, sit by a fire. close to several beaches, and you also have your own beach in the backyard. This is also a full size rental you will have the whole house with everything you need.
