Family friendly 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, located in a quiet pocket community. Open concept with dining, kitchen and living room. Entire community is smoke/vape free. Comfortably sleeps at least 6. On site free parking.

Easy access to Rec Center, water park, urgent care center with specialty care; downtown is a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and arts scene. Many churches nearby. Spearfish has an enforced noise ordinance. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars/beaneries, bicycle shop--all within minutes. Major retail outlets nearby, within the city. Here away from your business? UPS store within walking distance.

Covered club house patio a few steps away--lounging chairs and dining table (seats 8) and gas grill.

Closeby city parks, bicycle/walking trail.and fishing stream.

Multiple microbreweries and wineries nearby.

Easy access to Black Hills attractions including spectacular site seeing and touring, watersports, hiking and backpacking, golfing, horse back riding; winter sports including snow mobiling, snow shoeing, skiing, and so much more. Seasonal PRCA rodeos, off road and mountain biking competitions held yearly. Just minutes from Sturgis and its yearly motorcycle rallyand year round attractions including motorcycle museum and other sites.. Easy drive to remarkable airforce museum at Ellsworth AFB, Wall Drug, Badlands area.

It’s been awhile since we have booked travel not in a hotel and I was blown away by this property. Very cozy property but felt very large at the same time. Perfect place for a family with small children. Will definitely consider this place again if in the area!

This is one of the best rental homes I’ve stayed in, before we even got to Spearfish Richard was very helpful,provided great information and was very flexible and accommodating, the house is simply perfect, there is plenty of everything (I’m guessing they used the house as well as renting it) it is completely stocked with everything you need and than some, the location is great, walking distance to main road , the beds are comfortable, the house is very clean, we also had an emergency for one of our friends (we’re here for the rally) and Richard has been very accommodating to our situation, we hope to come back in the future and definitely will try to rent this house again. Highly recommended!

This property was excellent for our needs. Conveniently located close to groceries , restaurants, and shopping. Very comfortable stay with plenty of spices and other everyday kitchen items if cooking and staying in is a preference. Bathroom toiletries were excellent. Beds were comfortable. We stayed over during a very hot stretch of weather but the house stayed cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The lawns around the house were beautifully landscaped, and the area was extremely quiet being that close to downtown. Communication and replies from the owner was quick and easy to understand. Totally enjoyable! Thank you for a great experience!

This was wonderful property in excellent location! The owners definitely thought of every amenity you could want to make the stay a joy! We would definitely rent again when coming back to Spearfish!

Thank you! The reason for restricting the garage use is the very narrow alley leaves a really difficult entry angle. There has been some considerable damage to the garage door frame, and also to vehicles, trying to enter/exit. Come back and see us! Stay well, RVA

Great location

We loved the location. We walked the trail every day & my son found a gym a couple of blocks away that he loved. The house was very comfortable and perfect for us.

Black Hills Family Reunion

The property was well maintained, clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The house is confidently located few blocks from downtown and a park. We will be back!

Nice home and neighborhood

This is a newer home (built in 2017 or so) that was nicely designed and furnished and in a quiet, nice, neighborhood. The main bedroom is on the first floor with an attached bathroom and a queen bed. The second main bedroom was on the second floor with a bathroom across the hall.

Amazing property in an upbeat town!

This property was truly amazing! It is practically brand new, extremely clean, and well organized. My two daughters and I stayed there and it was great to each have a private bedroom but enjoy the living/great room area or front porch together in the evenings. My youngest loved the loft and reading nook! There were plenty of supplies for cooking meals and breakfast. The area also has a multitude of good restaurants close by. Everything was thoughtfully arranged in the house and we didn't have to spend time hunting for items during our stay. The bathrooms were beautiful, immaculate and roomy. And the washer and dryer were super handy for cleaning our beach towels after coming back from the lake. The manager was available for any issues but we never had any problems or complaints. It's a quaint "pocket" community and I felt very safe staying there which is something I specifically look for when traveling. The location of the property is another good feature. It is close to the revitalized downtown area but less than a five minutes drive to be out on the highway. There is plenty to do locally as well as driving further to take in well known landmarks and parks. I truly loved staying at this house and hope to come back many more times in the future. It made our trip to South Dakota very memorable. I highly recommend this property.

Charming home in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable space. Well stocked with coffee and tea, which we appreciated. Short walk to the downtown. Great communication and quick responses from the host. We loved this property and will definitely stay again!

Cute neighborhood and spotless property!

I have no negative things to say about this house. It was just as advertised- the house was spotless. You can easily walk to downtown Spearfish to restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood itself was extremely quiet. We had 4 people but it easily sleeps more! No question we would stay here again. Thank you!
