Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3 separate living rooms in the heart of beautiful Spearfish located just a mile from Spearfish Canyon. This home also is within walking distance to the downtown area and so close to Spearfish creek that you can hear the water run as you relax on the deck or soak in the hot tub! This home has an extra long and flat driveway for parking trailers and extra vehicles or motorcycles. This property is set up with a beautiful master bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and a five piece master bathroom. This master has French doors leading to a deck perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over Lookout Mountain. Head up the spiral staircase to the second floor and you will find the other 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy tv room with a smart tv and a sofa that has a pull out for sleeping or just relaxing. The largest bedroom upstairs is set up to sleep up to 5 guests with a queen, full and a twin size daybed. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and ample space. Head back down the unique spiral staircase and you'll find a modern, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for a quiet night in or a hearty breakfast for a full day of touring! Relax in the open concept living, dining, kitchen area or head down a couple steps to the super cozy sunken family room. Catch up on your favorite tv shows or movies on the large screen smart tv hung above the gas fireplace. Enjoy the large deck in the backyard with a private, fenced in backyard and hot tub that seats up to six people! Fire up the gas grill on the deck and eat al fresco around the large outdoor table! This home truly is in the perfect location in Spearfish being walkable to so many restaurants and bars, the bike path, Spearfish Creek, city campground and City park.

Please be aware: the garage at this property is NOT available to the guests. There is a very long driveway with ample room for parking vehicles and trailers. Also this home has many steps so please be aware before arrival if this will be a problem for you or someone in your group! The main entrance to the house is up a flight of stairs and the although the master bedroom is on the main floor, the other three bedrooms are up a spiral staircase.

They thought of everything. I’m a tad particular and this place was excellent! Everything you need and then some. Clean. Close to the park. Nice towels. Full length mirrors. Even a milk frother. For me, it’s the little things and this place crushed. And the decor is lovely. Very comfortable stay.

Amazing visit to Spearfish! This VRBO is so great! We were there for my son's baseball tournament and it was the perfect house to go back to relax with family. Clean, great neighborhood, close to the park, hot tub, and perfect setup (bedrooms/bathrooms) for our family. We had 6 adults, 3 kids but definitely could have slept a few more. The host was easy to contact. Everything was very smooth. Definitely recommend!

60th Birthday Vacation

We LOVED our stay here. We were celebrating a 60th birthday with friends and dogs and climbing. The hot tub was amazing and the entire place perfect!

Great location next to the City park with activities to do. Nice quiet neighborhood and private yard. The house was great with plenty of space so we could be together or slip away and have some space to yourself. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!

Amazing Weekend!

Absolutely amazing house. Great place to stay. Loved the house and the deer that visited each morning. We highly recommend this house and will personally stay here again!

Wonderful Place

Very unique and cozy place! The perfect location in Spearfish!! Also was so clean! Absolutely no complaints at all!!! We loved this house and hope to come again when we come back to Spearfish in the future

Loved the location, walking distance to parks, fish hatchery and downtown. Loved the kitchen! Great for food prep and family meals! Also enjoyed the two sitting areas, which are both great spaces for conversation, or having a room for kids to play while adults could still visit. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay with family

We had family come into town for Christmas and 9 people stayed at this property and it was everything we could ask for. Very well stocked, beautiful home and the hosts was very responsive to any messages. 5/5 hands down

Family Reunion Weekend

Our family of 12 enjoyed staying in this house. We had plenty of run to spread out. We also enjoyed the hot tub and loved the location! We walked to the City Park everyday. Great location for people of all ages.

Easter weekend

We enjoyed our Easter weekend in Spearfish to visit our daughter and son-in-law. We brought our dog and this house was set up wonderfully to have a dog along. Lots of room to spread out, and a small fenced back yard. Close to the park for walks with the dog. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fun home full of character! The communication from the host was superb. Great beds and pillows. Plenty of room. The backyard was perfect. Loved the closeness to the park too! The house was clean and so well done! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Only one recommendation for guests…bring some ear plugs if you don’t want to wake up early from the construction out front;-)

We all loved the open living kitchen living area their were also places to get away for quiet time the spiral stairs are a little crazy but very unique we did have a little crawler so we had to keep a eye on her loved the location

Unique and Wonderful!

This is the best stay we have experienced. The property is well maintained, beautifully decorated and well organized! All the essentials are stocked and it’s a fantastic home. The hot tub was amazing and it’s a nice fenced private backyard. The hosts were helpful. We highly recommend this property! It was a fantastic Thanksgiving because it was such a lovely stay.

Wedding weekend

Perfect location as our daughters wedding venue was a small walk distance away. Not for us, but if steps are a concern for you, there are a few! All basic amenities were supplied. Beautiful area, nice neighborhood with a sighting of wildlife a couple of times. Felt like home!

Vacation

The property was a great place for our family of 10 to stay. There were enough bedrooms and beds to utilize. All the appliances were well used especially the washer and dryer. The hot tub was an extra benefit to relax after a long trip. The location of the property was great short walk to the park and fish hatchery. It was easy to find. Definitely would use the property again.

Great place, great location

The house was beautiful and accommodating. It was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a wonderful park. It was close to shopping and other places of interest. We were there for an adult family girls trip. There were plenty of sleeping options for us and with 3 bathrooms, we were never running into or waiting for someone else. The backyard is pretty private and the views are nice. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was simple. If/when I visit Spearfish again, I will definitely keep this place in mind! Thanks.

Spearfish Gem 💎

What a great place Sarah has...great in town location yet feels secluded (privacy fence and no backing neighbors). Super clean house and so nicely furnished. Beds were comfy and sheets were nice and cotton (I love comfy beds and good sheets). Hot tub was big and clean. There's a park nearby the house that had live music playing several nights so we enjoyed the music while in the hot tub. Kids loved the ping pong table and put it to good use. Kitchen is nicely stocked although the knives need a good sharpening. We love to cook on vacation and I always bring mine (I know super weird) but there's nothing like good set of knives for a chef. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay. Great in town location if you like to venture out yet close to trails and so much hiking nearby. Will def stay again when in this area.

I met my husband while at school and we've had 3 children since and a thousand adventures. We love to travel and enjoy staying in vacation rentals and I've always wanted to be the host!

When we renovated this property a few years back, I always knew we would eventually make it a vacation rental. There isn't a more unique house in town and the location cannot be beat. We are so proud of this home and can't wait to share it with guests as it truly is the ultimate vacation home. It's a perfect place to gather with family with so many different areas for games, fireside chats, late nights in the hot tub and peaceful evenings on the deck.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Where to even start!! The architectural style of the home will stand out to you the moment you park in the driveway. The house is set back from the road with a backdrop of trees and interesting rooflines. When you go up the steps and through the main door you will be amazed at the large beams throughout the home. The most interesting thing about this home is a spiral staircase that is 2 stories tall! It's original to the home and is the main mode of transportation from the main floor to the upstairs. This home features a wood burning fireplace in the great room which is perfect for a chilly evening after you sit in the hot tub out on the back deck in the super private backyard. If you don't' want the hassle of starting a fire, you can just turn the gas fireplace on down in the family room and snuggle in for a movie night on the smart tv.
If you aren't into just hanging around, you're in luck because Spearfish City Park is just right around the corner from this property boasting a bike path, Spearfish Creek, pickleball & basketball courts, DC Booth Fish Hatchery, Spearfish City Campground, hiking trails galore and numerous concerts and events during the summer keep the park an amazing place to spend the day. This home is also within walking distance of Downtown Spearfish the has amazing restaurants, breweries, bars and shopping all within just a couple of blocks of the property.
