Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at this home in spearfish. Hot tub, great backyard, kitchen with all the things you need to cook at home. You can literally walk to downtown in 5 minutes, head to the fish hatchery. In a great little neighborhood and the house is cute and modern. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this VRBO in Spearfish. It was in a great location, super close to restaurants, grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was beautifully designed, we kept talking about how we wanted to implement some of the design aspects into our own homes. It also had everything we needed for essentials. The hosts were also very communicative, which is always a benefit! We would recommend this vacation rental to anyone coming to Spearfish!

Comfortable home. We enjoyed being close to all the area has to offer, as well as being able to unwind in the comfortable setting the home offered. We enjoyed numerous meals around the great dining room table and have the grill was a fabulous perk! We’d definitely stay again!

Was disappointed with cleanliness. Found nuts on floor from previous guests, while my daughter is allergic to nuts and so we had to leave a day early.

Thanks so much for your feedback Brandon, we're very sorry you weren't happy with the cleanliness. We did check the property before you arrived, and it was very clean. We did also do a deep clean after your departure to make sure there was nothing missed. We weren't able to find any sign of nuts around the property. Thank you again for staying.

Very nice house. It could have been a bit cleaner especially in the bathroom areas. Some of the bedding and washcloths could be replaced and the blankets washed. The garbage can could be a bit closer to the house. The back yard had poop all over it. Probably from rabbits but had to dodge it all the way to the garbage can. The house is beautiful and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Location was amazing. Property is spacious and very convenient. The house was very dirty. Hair was all over the place. I had to clean the shower to use. Microwave had old “food fingers” on the handle. We followed instructions of taking off shoes inside property but the dirty floor destroyed our socks. I wish it was just a tiny bit cleaner to fully enjoy the experience.

It worked well for our group. However there were some things that weren’t great. We needed more kitchen towels and washcloths and more bathroom hand towels. Also needed washing machine detergent. And 1 ply toilet paper- are you kidding me??!! Could have used more coffee mugs, a pizza cutter, tin foil, and salt and pepper shakers. Some of the pillows were really bad. We enjoyed the deck and grill. Nice big refrigerator.
