Welcome to your Amazing Seabrook Island Vacation! Your perfect vacation awaits. Our villa boasts a million dollar view of the sun setting across the marsh and water -- while shrimp boats sit on the horizon.

All of that is yours in a 2-bed, 2-bath villa in a small, privately gated neighborhood. Seabrook is a barrier island just 25 minutes from the world-class city, Charleston, SC. You'll have access to 2 beaches, 2 outdoor pools,1 indoor pool, a fitness center, and Freshfields Village, where shopping and restaurants are easy and relaxed. Bohicket Marina is only a bike ride away, and offers all kinds of water activities, as well as additional shopping and dining. Our full appointed villa has a crabbing dock, a semi-private pool, and is elegantly decorated with a fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect for a Family of 4, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate screened in porches for relaxing, and enjoying a one of a kind vacation week. Snow birds will think they have found paradise.

**Please note: Owners are not Seabrook Island Club Members, so access to the Club Amenities are not included with this villa rental.

Lovely and tasteful condominium. Very quiet, well stocked kitchen. You have access to a large area pool, but the small condo pool was nice enough for us. The beach was 3 miles and entirely uncrowded and lovely. I have stayed in many places over many years and this was among the nicest.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful views of the marsh and creek from the living room and the master bedroom. We were able to see the sunset from our screened in porch or walk out on the dock. Watched a lightning storm from our bed one night. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Our host was easy to communicate with. Plenty of dishes, cookware, paper towels, toilet paper. We've stayed places where you had to wash almost every day just to have clean towels and washclothes. This rental provided plenty, and they were good thick quality as well. Beds were comfortable. 5 stars!

Nice property. Quiet and peaceful. Nice little shopping center and restaurants right around the corner. Need to see the dolphins strand feeding on the beaches-a must see. Place is about 40 minutes from downtown Charleston so a car rental is a must if you plan to spend a lot of time in Charleston.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. We have stayed in multiple places on both Kiawah and Seabrook, and this is still our favorite! The unit was clean, well stocked, and the owner provides many convenience items that made our stay easier. Our days were spent biking, dolphin watching at the beach, exploring Charleston and enjoying great food! We ended each day with gorgeous sunsets on the porch and can't wait to return!

The home is beautifully situated on Seabrook Island with a screened in porch overlooking the marsh with stunning vistas. The availability of two bicycles to use was a nice addition which we utilized. Our host was incredibly helpful and responded immediately to questions.

This condo has a homey, comfortable, and welcoming feel. We found the king bed super comfortable. The kitchen lacked for nothing. It was nice to have access to the bikes though we did not use them. The views were outstanding and sunsets breathtaking. It was so quiet and private on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh, and we appreciated being able to be outside there without being bothered by mosquitoes. We have stayed at Spinnaker, Atrium, and Pelican Watch villas in the past, and we enjoyed the change of being just outside the security gates this time. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at 2116 and will plan to return.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at the condo and we just love it so much! The location, the layout, the well stocked kitchen, the community pool, the marsh, the boardwalk or your own awesome screen porch for for watching sunset...it has everything!

Great property and setting

The property and location are great. We enjoyed spending time on the patio watching sunsets, storms and activities on the shoreline. The beaches on Seabrook and Kiawah Island are nice. There are a multitude of things to do in the area. Wish we had more time there.

We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing getaway reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this villa. This beautiful place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in addition to an amazing marsh view. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all that the area had to offer.
