Communication with the host and his property manager was simple and easy when we needed to add an extra day to our stay this time. I’ve been returning to this specific villa for years with my family; we love everything about it, and the management is excellent. You can’t go wrong staying here!

This was our second time at this villa. It’s such a perfect location. John is so responsive and helpful with any issue no matter how small. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is provided. I highly recommend.

It was great..the Villa has an awesome view and was very clean and convenient to the boardwalk to the beach. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful. Shopping was only 10 minutes away at Freshfields village. We will be back.

We love coming to this unit each and every year! The room is very spacious and very clean upon arrival. It has a fantastic view of the dunes and ocean. And you can walk right out to the beach in minutes! We have been staying in this unit every year since 2019 and it holds some of our favorite memories. The owner is very easy to communicate with and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. If you are looking for a laid-back, family vacation spot, look no further than this villa in Seabrook Island.

The Villa was great and the sunset views from the patio were amazing. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the Villa has plenty of beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) for you and your family to use. We even watched some deer eating one morning in the sand dunes that was just across from the patio too. The host is very nice and communicative. Parking is not an issue either, but it’s a little bit of a trip to go to the grocery store. The island is beautiful and you will enjoy staying here!

Excellent location, close to the beaches. Very convenient to shop for supplies. Local restaurants were great. Very enjoyable stay.

Location was great and accessing the beach couldn't have been easier. We saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets everyday we were there. The villa had everything we needed and John was very communicative. He even provided traffic tips driving over from Charleston.

Great location right on the beach. Great communication with the host. Easy access to property and parking. Had all the essentials (dishes, glasses, silverware) we needed. Clean, comfortable place for a very relaxing vacation.

The villa was very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. Our host John was incredibly welcoming and communicative, and helped coordinate with cars and gate passes when our son arrived at the villa earlier than we did - thank you! Beach and amazing sunset views were right outside from the deck, and we saw dolphins jumping on our beach walks. Altogether a great stay!

Great family destination

Absolutely wonderful place at the beach for the family. Location and accommodations are great, and well-maintained. Already booked another stay here!

Wonderful stay in Seabrook

Our entire stay was great! The property was very clean and exactly as pictured/described. Each morning, the easy walk to the beach for watching dolphins was wonderful!

My family and I have been staying at John’s place for several years now, and actually have been able to stay twice this season. He is a great host, and the property, location, and views are outstanding. It’s become our home away from home, and our favorite vacation spot. Highly recommend!
