The condo we rented was perfect for our needs, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The community pool is very nice and popular among the rest of the condo and was always a great group of people out there. We walked to all the most popular areas which are all an easy 25 min walk or less. Perfect location to see all the best of Nashville and was cheaper than any hotel. If this place is available, book it!

Good location, easy uber ride everywhere. Parking was critical factor for this trip as we had a bike rack on vehicle and the secure garage was perfect.

Very nice setup. We really enjoyed the quiet area, close to food and entertainment. Easy access and nice amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Place is just as show, view of pool on balcony. Toilet paper paper towels along with garbage bags available. We stayed one night cheaper than a hotel room with free parking that was safe. 10 min walk to the Gulch, 27 min walk to broadway. We did not mind the walk, felt safe walking. We were able to check in early which was huge for us. Check out is very easy. Thank you again we will stay here again!

Very convenient and affordable place to stay. A very comfortable and accommodating condo, we enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again on our next visit if available. Great communication by owner on check-in and check-out.

The rooms were very clean, it was close by to so many attractions and other things to do while being far enough out that it was quiet when we were ready to wind down. The host was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed available. All communication was clear and understandable. The host also responded in an incredibly great timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again.
