This place was absolutely wonderful. Very nice and very very clean. Everything was organized. The host were very friendly and responded quickly to question. Would definitely stay there again if going to Nashville

Wonderful rental. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Will need an uber for Broadway but we only went there one night.Highly recommend!

Place was very clean and perfect for our needs. Loved the pool outside! Host was super helpful and responded quickly. When back in Nashville always our first place if available!

Cute condo along the river in a great location easily walkable to some great spots in Germantown! The pool area and deeded parking was an added bonus. Short ride to Broadway and the Gulch. Communication from hosts was excellent, too.

Clean, quiet, convenient, and a few minutes from downtown. Sitting right on the river. Awesome place for a getaway weekend or if you have a conference nearby. You are a short ride share away from any and everything.

We loved our stay

Loved the place. Had everything you need, great decor, great location, and it was nice to have a free parking spot right in front of the door. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay for NYE. Very walkable to the Bicentennial park and downtown. 1st floor made it nice for our puppy to go outside to potty.

The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. We didn't use the pool, but pool and pool deck was clean and plenty of chairs poolside. Great location, easy to get to downtown or to the airport.
