Completely updated! Newly remodeled carriage house behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property was once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free parking in the alley behind the unit for one vehicle.
The space:
Lots of room! Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, full-size refrigerator, full-size range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The family room has a Wifi connected Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).
We have a pull-out couch in the largest bedroom for overflow sleeping but be aware the mattress is not very thick and may not be comfortable for large humans.
Guest access:
Self-check-in with electronic lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.
PARKING:
Free private parking is located off the alley behind the unit for one vehicle. Street parking on the main street is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
There is a newly opened pay lot right across the alley that will accommodate extra vehicles, You pay with your phone and a QR Code. Rates are $5 for 2 hours, $10 for 6 hours, or $15 for one day.
We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.

We enjoyed our stay while in Nashville. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The thoughtfulness of the host was amazing. They considered the things we might forget and had them readily available (toothbrushes, face wipes, and individual toothpaste). We used uber most of the weekend so the location was great. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a great location. We were touring Vandy and Belmont. Safe area and well accommodated. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay again.

Very roomy, nice kitchen to cook in. Beds are very comfortable. Parking is a little difficult with the different levels.

Excellent property and the owners were great. Very helpful. The apartment was very clean and beds super comfortable. I had last minute schedule changes and they were great at helping me make the change and acquiring another place. Could not be more satisfied and definitely will return. Thank you

Ron has been involved with real estate just about his whole career as a home builder, developer, remodeler, and investor. Susan has worked as the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A and in banking. We have two grown children and six grandchildren!
