Beautiful condo and view

This place was amazing! Beautiful condo in person very clean and cozy. I enjoyed my stay here! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Post Christmas Vacay

This place was in a very nice location! I would definitely like to stay here again, we enjoyed our stay and the place was very nice! I had to call them at check-in for a couple questions and they were most helpful and very professional! Great experience overall, thank you!

Family vacation

The property is okay, just whoever does the cleaning definitely doesn’t pay much attention to detail. Elevators worked pretty fast we never waited long so that was good. Overall not a bad place to stay, but definitely over crowded and for what you pay I feel like you should be able to take your drinks to the pools in plastic or metal.

the team was great i honestly was nervous by the reviews but i didnt see any of those issues.. When we did have a slight issue they fixed it right away .. my only thing would be maybe a bigger kitchen table .. but would stay again

Overpriced considering cleanliness

Within an hour of check in we had an unknown person walked into our condo saying “washcloth” then getting Tito’s and another alcoholic beverage out of freezer while our entire family of 8 sat in disbelief. There was no knock or anything. I called our contact person and he came to condo and changed door code. He was apologetic and said that person would no longer be allowed on the property. Unfortunately, The property wasn’t clean and I showed John. We even sent pictures to the property manager, he thanked us and assured they’d send cleaning personnel back. My husband sat at property all day other than to run to convenience store. She came when he was gone so couldn’t have been there longer than 30 minutes and there were only a couple of items attended to. Very disappointed in actual property versus pictures listed. My husband went and purchased bolts to fix the patio chair and kitchen table chair. Curtains in master bedroom have holes throughout and were hanging inside out. Bathtubs need sealed; living room curtains had stains all over and barely hanging from rod on wall; bathroom cabinets were filthy in bedroom closest to entry and bedroom across Elevators were slow…you aren’t allowed to have music at the pools…we also witnessed “property patrol” telling families they weren’t allowed to throw footballs or balls in the pool AND you aren’t allowed to have your clear plastic water bottle within 4 feet of the pool so don’t plan on reading or relaxing while in the pool.

Our family has never had an experience with a beach vacay like this one. I appreciate a contactless check-in. This check-in was lengthy. Thankfully, as our stay progressed, the elevator wait decreased so that we could come and go more quickly. One definite benefit is the AC worked! While it is obvious that this condo unit has had some updates, the kitchen could use new appliances & bathroom needs new caulking around tubs/showers. It just looks gross. Also this unit could use a deep clean!!! The total price should not be this high for the condo, especially since it is not on the beach plus the added parking/wristband fees. The condo is in a good location, with plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby. Walmart is also right across the street. Communication with owner was slow. Overall, I would not book here again.
