Beautiful home with convenient location! The whole process was smooth and the stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we would definitely reccomend this location. Roger was prompt to send all neccessary info to us and everything went 100% smooth

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was such a pleasant experience and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would happy stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This is a perfect location! We had 3 children, ages 5, 3, and 1. The Rockport Beach was a perfect place for us. We drove to the beach every day. I would consider this unwalkable with small children due to the layout of the roads and the amount of traffic. With that being said, the drive is 2 minutes or less. Roger is a very attentive host. The little extras and the location make this house a perfect spot!Thanks Roger!

Cozy and close to ocean. We walked multiple days to the beach! Was easy to check in and the host replied quickly any time we contacted them. The beds were amazingly comfortable (they're foam like temperpedic/caspar etc). Kitchen was more than adequately stocked and we were excited we didn't have to bring any beach supplies (chairs/umbrella/towels/even sandcastle building stuff). Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time here my family loved it the house had everything we needed even beach items like chairs and beach toys for my grandkids..I would definitely recommend it and hopefully we can stay again..perfect spot!!

Everything you need for a relaxing visit to Rockport. Easy access to nearby restaurants and groceries. Flowers Shrimp Market on Church St is nearby as well as Rockport Beach. Our host, responded quickly to questions we had and answered them completely. The house is roomy. Beds very comfortable. All the utensils you need for to prepare a feast. Sunshine Cottage did not disappoint.

Sunshine Cottage Rockport TX

Great location, close to the Rockport & Aransas beaches & Corpus Christie. We enjoyed both beaches & The Texas State Aquarium. The Sunshine Cottage was our home away from home for a week. We crafted, played games, & loved our time there as a family.

Wonderful property

This lovely house is in a great location & has a wonderful backyard for hanging out once dinner is over. Very easy to check in & out. Beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunshine cottage is perfect!

This was the perfect house for a family, everything you could possibly need was provided for. It was beautifully clean and comfortable. Perfect location for everything from shopping and dining, to fishing. 5 STARS!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Love this home

Great place, lots of space. Kid friendly. If the property had a privacy fence it would have been all that more great.

Perfect Beach House

This place is so so cute. It’s everything they said it would be. They are super responsive and everything you need is in the house. The location is great too. We had a really good time and everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect, little more than we needed, wife and mother unable to come due to illness. Planning to go back would love to have same house. Location was perfect

Great house!

Great house and property! House was nice, clean, and perfect for a weekend getaway with the family! Can’t beat the location. The owners are very responsive. The provided toys (boogie board, sand toys, fishing poles, etc.) were a nice touch. Hope to be back next summer!
