Fantastic location for this double lot property. Plenty of room for parking and equipment. Garage holds brand new full size washer and dryer, and also is used as a workshop space. The downstairs is an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently updated with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Each bedroom has direct connection the bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has a queen bed. The downstairs deck is perfect for star gazing and people watching as many use the hike / bike lane on water street. The upstairs also recently updated has full kitchen, full bath and sleeps another 4 (2 twin beds and a queen). The views from the upstairs balcony are amazing and the sunrises are breathtaking. This is perfect for multi family vacations or a second home for snowbirds.

Perfect getaway

House is perfect for our large family. So appreciative that we are able to bring our pup family too! Love the waterfront access and proximity to downtown shopping. We will definitely book this house again next year!

Great place, it had everything you might need. Right on the water. Lots of walkers with dogs which we love. Comfortable beds, nice and cool, awesome linens and towels. Will be back.

Celebrating the 4th of July

What an amazing place to spend our holiday weekend! Rockport is a great place to visit and this place will be the icing on the cake for anyone who comes to visit. The view is breathtaking - the home is so beautiful and ideal for a family or a group of friends to gather. We BBQed and sat outside. The neighbors were super nice. Getting up early was the BEST too, we walked our fur-babies with the ocean view - totally amazing!!!! Clean, quiet and great area. Book this place and enjoy all that Rockport has to offer!!!! Thanks Cory, can't wait to visit again!!!!

Our favorite place in Rockport!

We have stayed at this home many times, and it is always perfect. There is a huge gated yard, a designated area to clean off fishing supplies, and you can walk directly into the water from the home. It's a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and perfect distance to all our favorite places in town.

Rockport Vacation

Wonderful Property

This property is right by the water, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. You can sit back and relax or fish to your heart’s content. The area is perfect for walking, biking, and kayaking. A birder’s delight.

Perfect house!

This was our 2nd year to stay with parents/grandkids in the main house and grandparents in the garage apartment. The place is perfect with a beautiful location. Our dogs couldn’t have been happier! They love running up and down the fence watching people go by. We love this home!

Just found The Paradise in Texas!

My daughters and me were looking for a place to celebrate my wife's birthday and give her a surprise. We found not only the perfect place, we found the Paradise in Texas. A very relaxing place, where you can listen the sound of the wind mixed with the sound of the sea. My wife was delighted with the view, walking along the side of the bay. Definitely we'll be back ASAP!

Home on the water front

Our family has stayed here three different times and we love it. It is conveniently located to downtown Rockport. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We really enjoy this home away from home for our annual beach visit.
