This is our third stay at this condo and once again we absolutely loved it! Suzanne is the best host and so communicative. We're already planning our dates for next year!

Wonderful location! Beautiful condo, clean, everything you need. Beach towels and bags and umbrellas all close to the beautiful beach, even a close walkway to the beach. Pool was close by unfortunately only used it once as were so busy. Would come back again.

Absolutely perfect stay!

Great location to New Smyrna Beach! Very clean and comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this owner and listing.

Linda was a dream guest- someone everyone would love to have as a renter. We had some issues with the air conditioner, and Linda was so helpful. We had to replace the entire unit so the issue has been resolved. Thanks for staying with us and for being such a helpful guest!

Great Sea Woods condo

Great property one of the best we have stayed at in New Smyrna Beach. Condo is conveniently located to the beach and other locations. Comfortable and nicely maintained

This condo was very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Easy check in. Great location with beach access across the street. Nice quiet complex with several pools and tennis courts. We would stay here again.

Beach Bliss

Great location! We were close to 2 pools on property and the Oyster Quay beach access. Cozy condo with a great porch! Perfect for our family. We'll be back!

Wonderful restful, close to the beach, lovely condo very quiet, clean & well appointed.

From the moment I got there it was so comfortable, clean & had everything you need to enjoy yourself. Very close to the beach less than a slow 5 min walk. Great find!

Beautiful Setting

This Sea Woods veranda was perfect for beach lovers. It’s situated across from the ocean and takes just a couple of minutes to walk there. No car necessary. Very clean and well stocked.

Great stsy

Condo is in a nice, quiet well maintained area. The condo itself was clean, attractive and up to date. It is a short walk to the beach and to a well stocked Dollar Store for pretty much anything you need. The host was welcoming, friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a great time and know you would too

Vacation 2023

Loved the condo and it's location. Super quiet and peaceful. Loved relaxing on the screened in porch. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Safe and easy to cross the road as there is a crosswalk with warning lights for drivers. Suzzane was such a pleasure to work with and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

A wonderful week!

The condo had everything we needed and more. It was well labeled which made things easy to find. It even had extras like a nite light and a hamper. The veranda was great for morning coffee and lunch. The beach was a short walk as was the pool. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and I enjoyed our chat. I hope we can return sometime.

We love staying at this property! It's perfect for our multi-generational family. My parents get the master, my daughter and I share the other room. Close to the pools and the beach, and I love reading on the porch. Suzanne is incredibly kind and communicative, always available for any concerns or needs. We only live an hour and a half away, and I left my hair dryer. I let her know and she responded immediately that the unit was empty so I could go get it, or that she would be there in a few days and could mail it to me. Check in was a breeze, as was the checkout process. We are looking forward to going again next summer!

This was a lovely veranda about one block from my favorite beach! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. There were no issues with the unit. It was clean, comfortable and spacious I highly recommend staying here.

Family girls trip

What a perfect little getaway! My mother, grandmother, sister and myself stayed here while enjoying time in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Location is great and pictures represented the property perfectly. Suzanne was a fabulous host! We will be booking again here when visiting NSB in the future.

Peace and Quiet and Quality.

This Condo checks all the boxes. Everything is provided. The plus is the screened patio. Trust me without going into every detail you want to rent this place. My wife and I give it 5 Stars.
