This completely renovated, two bedroom condo has ocean front and pool views, located steps to the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and coffee maker.

Amenities: Air conditioning (new unit), 3 large flat screen televisions, cable.
Linens are supplied.

Beautiful views from three new oversized sliding glass doors with plantation shutters for privacy.

Large, private beachfront balcony overlooking the pool.

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping in condo.

The 2nd floor condo is accessible by staircase with two dedicated parking spots beneath the unit.

Wonderful

This was the 1st time staying at this condo and everything was wonderful. It was well-stocked with just about everything you could want or need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The location and views were equally fantastic. Sharon, the host, was always avaiable and responded quickly to any and all questions. I will definitely consider staying here again.

RELAX AND ENJOY!

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely condo. My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed every minute we were there. The condo is decorated beautifully with the focus on the gorgeous views of the Atlantic. Easy parking, quiet location, but close to everything you need. Sharon is a very gracious host and their cafe is wonderful too. If you’re lucky enough to book this, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Place to Stay

How can you compete with a two bedroom condo that faces the Atlantic Ocean and is just steps from the beach? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all. We especially liked that it was quiet and out away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Yet, it was close to the beach, to Mary McLeod park, and the Canaveral National Seashore. We saw dolphins, manatee, gopher tortoise, armadillos, and even a rocket launch! The beds were very comfortable and the place was stocked well with everything we needed for the week's stay. There is a Dollar Store Grocery down the road and a Publix a little closer to town for getting any groceries you might need. The pool was kept clean, although it was a little too cool for us to put it to use. It was so relaxing having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sunrise. (Be advised that this is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator). The host, Sharon, was very easy to work with and answered any inquiries quickly and efficiently. We also felt the price was one of the best offered in the area. We'd definitely come back here again!

Perfect On-the-Beach Condo

Spacious living area with 3 sliding glass doors, leading to the balcony, overlooking the pool and the beach. You can see/hear the ocean waves from inside the great room as well as the balcony! If there is a planned Cape Canaveral launch, you have the option of watching it from the balcony or the beach. The condo is clean and well maintained with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Easily accessible washer and dryer are located in the unit. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided; umbrella, beach chairs, and towels. It is a quiet location; steps away from Bethune Beach Park, and a few blocks from Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park. There are a plethora of restaurants and quaint shops in downtown New Smyrna Beach with additional shops and restaurants just across the short causeway. You must try The Mermaid Cafe for the delectable waffles and light-as-air beignets! Sharon and Jim are wonderful hosts, accessible, and easy to work with. We will certainly be back!

This property was perfect: easy to find, beautifully decorated, everything worked (appliances, heat/AC, TVs, WIFI etc), kitchen was well stocked with essentials, bed was comfortable, lots of hot water, quiet. We enjoyed exploring New Smyrna and surrounding area.

Disappointed with cleanliness and communication

While the location was great and amenities good overall, the unit was not cleaned adequately before our stay. After a long day of travel, we arrived to bed sheets and furniture covered in dog hair and a filthy bathroom and shower. I even found dirty underwear left on the floor. Regarding communication, I expected to hear from the property owner/manager a few days before our stay and did not hear from her until the day before and didn't get check-in info until 3:30pm on the day of our arrival. When I notified her of the uncleaned condition and dog hair on the sheets, I never received a response. We cleaned the bathroom, changed the sheets, and vacuumed the couch, which made the unit OK, but it still smelled like a large dog had lived there for a long time. I would not recommend staying in this property in that condition.

Great Place!

Our condo was just as described! The beach chairs, umbrella, and kids sand toys were awesome so we didn’t have to bring them with us on the plane! We did leave some more toys when we left! The view is gorgeous waking up every morning looking out at the beach! The pool was perfect, we were typically the only ones in it! We would stay at this place again!

Fantastic!

Fantastic week on the ocean. The owners are awesome and great communicators. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant and told us about the rocket launch which we saw from the beach - only a stones throw away. They provide EVERYTHING! Even coffee and kcups (the coffee pot works with either). Loved having the washer and dryer and they even had detergent. 100% rebooking in this unit from this owner.

Love this place!

Clean, beach view, relaxing environment! The hosts own a restaurant on Flagler and they gave us a complementary breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious! They had lots of beach gear to use. We love the area with the beach and the lagoon so close. We always enjoy seeing the dolphins. We’ve stayed at ocean club before and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed in!

Under described, over delivered

All you really need to bring are you suitcases. Nice large beach chairs/ umbrellas, beach towels provided.All paper products, dish and laundry detergent. Coffee, water, spices, etc ( i could have left all that at home). Great views, nice beach with very active turtle population. Overall great experience!

A little gem!

In spite of some ongoing outside work to repair storm damage at the property, the condo itself and its views of the ocean were beautiful and immaculately clean. Sharon is an outstanding property owner, who bent over backwards to answer all our questions and accommodate our requests. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed the beautiful place, it was very comfortable, cozy, and had a very beautiful view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching the waves, surfers, etc. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating! We loved their Mermaid Cafe on Flagler Ave! Will definitely try to stay again, if dates are open in the future! Love that it is so close to JBs!

Really outstanding stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My family and I took a last minute vacation to try and catch the (scrubbed) Artemis launch. We picked this property on a whim, and couldn't have been happier. It is well-equipped, and right near the beach. When the first launch attempt was delayed, we stuck around for attempt #2, and spent most of the week swimming in the ocean or in the pool. My kids (7 and 9) loved the place, and it was super convenient for our family of four. Great location, wonderful communication, and a great host led to a good stay. (Even after a scrubbed launch.)

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular...even better than the pics! The owners are great and have one of the best restaurants in the area. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect Getaway

Our experience at this property, one word comes to mind, Prefect! We had an amazing stay. Quiet and comfortable. The pool was amazing, sounds of the ocean from the living room and the view, outstanding! We did not want to leave. The owners of the property were awesome. Great communication and very accommodating. Neighbors were wonderful and my two thirteen year old girls loved it as well and we all know hard it is to please teenagers! LOL Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place and providing us a much needed vacation. We will most definitely be back!
