Extra large balcony overlooks the pool, the Atlantic Ocean, the Inlet where boats come in/out of intercostal, and 190 acre beautiful mangrove/sea grass/dunes park with 2 miles of elevated walking paths right outside the door.

New patio furniture to enjoy the view.

2 pools to choose from.

Beautiful club house with fitness center.

Recent Updates: 4 new appliances, new lighting fixtures, all new faucets, tray ceiling with can lights in kitchen and newly installed lights over the bar, fully repainted, new patio furniture.

Loved every minute!

We loved that this property was not "in the thick of things". It had a lovely view, and the whole atmosphere of the community was friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Girls trip

My sister, neice, daughter and I stayed for just under a week and everything was wonderful. So close to the beach, the nature boardwalk and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

nice NSB visit

Lovely condo in great location! Great big balcony-which we love as I hang out there alot relaxing. View is awesome. Nice pools and can walk to busy part of beach to to Dog area and quiet area along the inlet. Thank you very much Terry!

Great stay - amazing location with clean comfortable unit

Clean spacious 2 bedroom condo with amazing view of New Smyrna beach. The condo comes with all the amenities of Minorca which is a huge plus. The oceanfront patio and kitchen/ family room were also large and tidy. Communication from ownership was timely and courteous without being overbearing. Overall a great stay we will look to do again!

Beach Retreat

Terry's condo was the perfect spot after a week hiking in Georgia. When you walk in the door, you are presented with an amazing panoramic ocean view that never lets you down. We had a quiet, peaceful week and spent many hours on the porch enjoying the quiet and the view.

Million dollar views

We enjoyed Terrys property so much! She was so helpful and the condo had EVERYThing! The view is breathtaking and the whole place feels like an upscale resort. The condo was super clean and well stocked. We hope to be back next year !

A wonderful stay

My husband and I had an extended stay at this property. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend. Everything you would want/need was provided. The owner was so nice and extremely responsive when we contacted him. Do not hesitate to book this property.

This condo had an awesome view of the ocean. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the sunrise. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Thank you Terry you have a beautiful place.

The Inlet at New Smyrna Beach

The condo was nice..clean with a beach vibe. The view of the ocean and pool were amazing..even cool when watching the storms! Terry, the owner was timely in responding to our questions. Woul definitely stay again when visiting Florida.

Beautiful ocean views, quiet.

From entry to departure it all worked perfectly. Lovely, clean , well appointed condo. Pools are both nice, plenty of pool furniture and tables for your stuff. Road our bikes to town for breakfast at the Beacon, fun. Had a great stay would definitely go back.

Breathtaking View

Our family had the greatest time. The condo was extremely clean, beds were super comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. There was great communication with the owner during the entire process. We look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing views!

We can't say enough positive remarks on this property! We've lived in Florida our whole lives and have never stayed at a place with better views of the beach and intercoastal. A true piece of heaven. Terry is an awesome owner who communicates promptly with any questions or concerns!

5 stars! We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice clean place. Decorated very nicely! The view from the balcony is beautiful! If you’re a surfer one of the best waves and the most consistent wave on the east coast is a 5 minute walk. The surrounding area, the pools and fitness center are nice. Thank you for having us and we look forward to our next visit :)

#1 Condo So Far

My wife and I (and hoard of kids - now 6) have been staying in Florida condos for many years, and to date, this was the best we’ve had. The view of the ocean is tops (the moment you open the door you’ll agree). The size of the 2BR was plenty for our size fam. (two adults and baby in master), three young girls (twin 10s and an 8) in queen room, and two boys (12 and 5) on the sofa bed. The owner Terry is excellent with communication and attentiveness. If any issues arise, he’ll be there to resolve them. The condo pool and main resort pool are both fantastic (and clean), as are the tennis courts, gym and outdoor grills. We highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Exceptional Stay

Terry was a great host with an exceptional property with an amazing view! Terry was easy to reach for questions/concerns, and responded in a timely fashion. He had kitchen items - pots, pans, towels, spices, coffee, paper goods as well as TP, bath and beach towels, beach toys (we left the ones we bought since they took up too much space in our luggage!) and laundry detergent , trash bags, soap (the good stuff!) - so we didn't need to purchase any during our stay. It was wonderful having a washer/dryer there. The beach is not far from the parking garage under the unit - can't beat the white sugar sand!!! Terry made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would travel down from Iowa and stay again! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Terrific host

Due to the fact that my wife and I were never able to stay at this condo, this may seem like an unusual review. Shortly before check-in, I begin having some health issues, I notified the host that it was possible, we would not be there on the start date. He was very sympathetic, and said that he would work with us in anyway he could. I later advised That we would not be able to stay due to continuing health issues. Again the host was extremely sympathetic, and worked closely with us so as to be reimbursed for our payment to VRBO. He went well out of his way to do this. The host concern, sympathy, and patience with regard to our situation, was truly remarkable Given the character of the host, we can’t imagine that this condo would be anything other than a perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach
