Enjoy the highly sought-after 5 Star Abbey Springs Community in Fontana on Lake Geneva. Gather with family and friends in a spacious (1800 Sq Ft) 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms condo while still having space to spread out. Enjoy the beach, pools, tennis, dedicated pickleball courts, golf, fitness center, recreation area for children, fire pits at the waterfront. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the screened in porch while enjoying the lovely view and listening to the birds sing. Abbey Spring amenities include beautifully renovated golf course, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fabulous beach with playground and picnic tables, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, game room for kids, clubhouse, yacht club, restaurants, gorgeous walking path around the lake, gated community with 24 hour security. Nearby Lake Geneva offers shopping, more restaurants and a lively night life. Beautiful Fontana beach nearby. 3 smart TVs (living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedroom). Golf cart included from May through October (in storage Nov-April).
*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the home (10).

Great Winter Getaway

Abbey Springs Stay

We had a wonderful stay. We were with our two kiddos who loved going down to the beach and pool and riding around on the golf cart. It felt very safe and welcoming. The host were responsive and very friendly. Would highly recommend. Would love to stay there again!

Great place for our sister/niece weekend getaway.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Loved the location with pool/golf/lake access. The house was exactly what we needed and the owners have made not only a house but a homey comfy getaway. We'll be back someday!

Wonderful accommodations

We had a great time! Everything that we could possibly have needed was provided! My toddlers especially loved the golf cart rides and going through the tunnel to get to the beach! Would highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Lovely

This place was great. Amenities were nice and close-lots of stuff for the kids. We were visiting family about 30 min away. The whole are is lovely. Would stay again.

Awesome experience

Everyone enjoyed the accommodations and amenities. Location is convenient, house was cozy and adeqaute, the clubhouse was a great place for recreation. Hosts were very nice. Looking forward to returning in future.

Abbey Springs Getaway

The property is very clean and located in a quiet spot at the end of the road overlooking the golf course. The screened-in patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The golf cart was great to have for the quick drive to the clubhouse. The owners are responsive for any questions.

Nice property but I thought that it was located at the abbey so was not as happy with the location. Very nice unit and the amenities at this location were very nice. I was overall very pleased except the unit was lacking in necessary items. No garbage bags or clean sponges or paper towels or cleaning wipes. We actually went out and bought paper towels. It was clean and a nice size but wish it was stocked better. That was my only issue. Pool and beach area were nice

Great property

Host and Hostess were responsive, provided helpful information, answered all questions. Abbey Springs is a beautiful property and the condo was as described -- comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and with all the amenities one needs to have a great stay.
