Very welcoming hosts! Such a wonderful location, with a cute restaurant right across the street serving breakfast and lunch. The grounds are very nice, with a tropical feeling. Room was nice and clean.

Jay and Cynthia are great. I really enjoyed working with them. They were extremely accommodating. My only complaints is I wish the shower would’ve been taller and they would’ve had a picture of that. I am 6’4 and the showerhead is probably at 5’7

Hello Patrick, We personally prepared the space for you and there were three rolls of paper in the black towel stand right in the middle ? Also there would have been another roll under the sink. If you ever need something and are not sure please communicate with your host as we can generally remedy things quickly.

If you value old school charm, great architecture, terrific location, and peace and quiet, all rolled into one place, then the Scottsdale Palms is the place for you. Walk to everything Old Town has to offer within 15-20 minutes. Excellent communication from our hosts, easy access, and comfy unit with everything you could need. It's not a fancy resort or spa, it's an older building, a comfy legit slice of the Garden District. Also a nice pool on premises and lovely orange trees. Wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you Cynthia and Jay.

The unit was nice, clean, well stocked and well maintained, with extra towels and lots of cooking supplies. Somewhat short on storage for your stuff. Easy check-in once you get past the small errors in the instructions, but the owners got that fixed right away. The owners took a real interest in whether you had a good time. The complex is very late fifties, early sixties - very retro, but pretty comfortable. The pool is great and guest parking is marked and convenient. Unfortunately, no recycling at the complex.Complex is very convenient to everything in Old Town Scottsdale!

Walkable to many restaurants and shops, clean, quiet and a pool

This was our first time in Scottsdale. We came down for a wedding. This is a quiet location, walking distance from oldstown, but far enough away from the crowds. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The pool wasn’t crowded and perfect for lounging in the sun. Easy to Uber to and from if wanting to go further away. Thank you again for sharing your place with us!

Great stay

Found the apartment clean and comfortable. Well located and close to restaurants. Loved the saltwater pool which I never saw in use except when I was in it ….although that was early morning. Sofa and mattress had a bit of an age but seemed comfortable enough. Manager was easy to connect with and very accommodating.

Satisfied and grateful

Good location, safe and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed neat and clean property. Attractive, well maintained greenery and clear pool provide relaxing homelike atmosphere.Living area, including kitchen and bathroom are supplied with necessary equipment. Furniture is new, beds are comfortable, linens and towels clean. Big TV set and books in day room along with comfy couch and recliner.Welcoming communication, easy check in process .Thank you Cynthia and Jay, hope to be able to stay at your property again.

Great location!

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at the Palms in Scottsdale. The location is walkable to Old Town and more. If you are not a walker there is free 3 hour parking all around the downtown area. There was visitor parking spaces in back of condo and if those spaces were full there was always plenty of on street parking in front of building on 2nd Street. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfy and homey. Although we did not cook, the kitchen had anything you needed. The host provided all those little things you hope every host would supply, so you don’t have to shop at a grocery store the first day. The pool area was great. There was a small table and chair set outside the front door and was nice for starting and ending the day with coffee and wine. Lastly, the host, Cynthia, was very accommodating and was great at communicating with me. Would highly recommend booking a stay there and would stay there again if we visit Scottsdale again.

We had a wonderful stay for an event at the Valley Ho. Short walk to the hotel and everything in Old Town Scottsdale. Also love the proximity to the canal path. Well stocked kitchen and comfy bed. Thanks!

Convenient location for Old Town Scottsdale

Place was clean and the AC kept a nice welcoming temp for us every time we came back to the place. Communication was strong, masterlock vault system worked well. Place was well stocked. Overall good experience

Great location and host!

This condo is within walking distance of Old Town. It's clean and quiet with a nice pool. The host communicates well and is very responsive to our questions. We'd stay again.

Scottsdale Old City visit

This apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable and a short walk to everything in Scottsdale. Very nice heated pool, quiet neighborhood. Good communication with owners, overall great experience.

Great location/comfortable accommodations

Our unit was very clean and everything was just as it was listed on the website. Old Town location was within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping.

It was very clean and accommodating!!! Loved it!!!

Had everything there we needed. Only thing I would suggest is a couple more towels and wash cloths. Enjoyed I so much we will definitely recommend and stay there again. Great location too!
