Just a six minute walk to the Entertainment District and several restaurants and bars across the street. 1 mile to Scottsdale Stadium for Giants Spring Training! Hiking, biking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, nightlife, world class shopping and Fashion Square Mall are all just blocks away. Pool, BBQ, pool table and ping pong table too! On free trolley stop that will take you all over Old Town Scottsdale. City of Scottsdale Short Term Rental License #2028551.

Very comfortable

Super clean, hospitable, and provide everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo itself is nice and so are the facilities (pool, laundry, parking).

Great quiet location, walking distance to all Old Own has to offer (shops, restaurants, bars, etc.)Comfy bed and good shower. Complex has a nice pool pool area and covered parking!If you're looking for activities- lots of hiking trail near by, I rented a bicycle and there are miles and miles of paved bike / multi-use trails, and I highly recommend a kayak trip on the Salt River (I did a self gided tour through Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch).100% recommend this vrbo & would stay again.

Great location and apartment

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks visiting our daughter who lives in Old Town. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere downtown, the restaurants and shops, and were just across the street from a supermarket! The apartment was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for us to cook at home. We hope to visit again.

Outstanding location and plentiful amenities!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The host was awesome, the location is outstanding, as it is only 1 mile from Fashion Square, and is easily walkable. The host was over the top with regard to amenities. Lots of K cups, snacks and paper products. Very thoughtful. The property itself has a good sized swimming pool and a large hot tub. Would definitely stay here again, and probably will!

Perfect for a central location for a visit to Scottsdale. The pool was lovely and having Sprouts and Starbucks across the street was super convenient.

Great Location

Nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, lovely fenced patio. Across the street from Camelback Miller Plaza with Sprouts Market, TJ Max, Starbucks, and several nice restaurants. Walkable to Old Town. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Responds quickly. Good Value.

This rental was the perfect spot for my wife and I. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The property has a great pool and is in the best location for all the activities in “old town”. We will definitely return again.
