I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting my son for homecoming weekend… the kitchen was well stocked… we made a big dinner we made breakfast a couple times… there were farm fresh eggs… there was stuff to make smores…. It was amazing.

We stayed for three nights and could not have asked for a better place. Location was great. Property was fantastic and equipped with everything you could need. The farm animals that are on the property added to the charm and our kids enjoyed giving them treats. The property owners (the cottage is in their backyard) are friendly and available when needed. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

We lved our stay in this little farm house. The host left us some stuff for smores and gifted us some of their fresh eggs. We were given some treats to feed the goats and horses. Our one year old had a blast here.

This getaway cottage is exactly what my family needed. The farm animals was a fan favorite for the kids even in the rain. Everything was clean and what we expected. They loved feeding the goats and horses the treats provided to us. Everything was perfect and equipped with what we needed. Loved that the animals were just a couple feet from the front door. Can’t wait to come back.

It was conveniently located, close to Ruby Falls, Rock City Garden, and other attractions, but secluded from the business. We enjoyed interacting with and watching the goats and horses. The house was clean and the perfect size for 4 of us. The internet connection was good too.

We had a wonderful time! View was great! Farm animals, and the dog were great! Cabin was very clean, had everything you would need for a stay. Location is close, but seems so disconnected.

The stay was everything I could ask for and more!! The animals and vibe of the farm bring peace and happiness, the guest house is adorable, clean, and the perfect spot to breathe in the mountain air with the outdoor patios and fire pit. Guest house and the animals are very accessible and Piper the dog is the best greeting home from a long day of exploring the beautiful mountain. The host was extremely helpful in navigating the mountain and the hiking areas, very easy to be in contact with.

We have resided on Lookout Mountain for the past 17 years. The majority of our professional careers have been in hospitality. The farm and the mountain have provided an excellent environment for raising our family, as we all enjoy hiking, gardening, mountain biking, and horses. With both of our children now grown, we decided it was time to share the farm with others who we hope will enjoy it as much as we do.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Quaint cottage tucked away on over 12 acres. The cottage sits on a hill overlooking horse pastures and farm animals. The farm is home to two Pigmy goats, (Daisy & Sadie) several chickens, two dogs (Piper and Boyd), a mini horse (Willow) and a horse (Sport). All the animals are kept fenced in, except the dogs.
