We loved staying here! Sunny was a great host and everything went smoothly. Good location within the resort. Would definitely recommend!

The house was great for our family vacation. The screened in porch was fabulous for meals and games. The communication with the host was the best I have ever experienced with a VRBO property.We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious well maintained house. We all the amenities necessary for a grill and chill break. It's close to everything Tantara and Margaritaville. Prompt and efficient communication with the host by was a plus! We will recommend the Mint house to family and friends.

Perfect trip to the Ozarks! Love the proximity to Margaritaville and Land Sgark. Clean, comfortable with some already stocked necessities! Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening night caps Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Bachelorette Party

Our stay was great! The house was so spacious and clean. It was the perfect space and location for our bachelorette party! It was close to Margaritaville and many other fun party spots. We recommend!

Great Stay

The house was exactly as advertised. We had all of the supplies we needed for the stay. Communication and responsiveness to any issues was exceptional. Margaritaville amenities were awesome for the family. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

The Mint

Our family get-together at The Mint was wonderful. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and two teenagers. The property was very clean, had plenty of thick towels, everything needed in the kitchen, and a nice screened in porch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome family house

"The Mint" may not look might at first sight from the outside, but it is beyond mighty on the inside. Perfect family place. Would be great for any group but for our family it was perfect! Clean, great arrangement, easy access to bathrooms, and outstanding hosts. A+ rating

Guys weekend

Property was great! They had everything we needed! Plenty of room for 8 guys to be comfortable and the location is great. Head down to the Landshark for a fun afternoon at the pool! Thanks Sunny!

Excellent home!

My family stayed the week for a baseball tournament so comfort and space to spread out was important. Great storage, plenty of kitchen space for meal prep. Laundry in the home was certainly a plus!! Would certainly stay at this home again. We had 3 adults and 2 kids 12-15 years. If you want to use Margaritaville pools and facilities, I recommend renting a golf cart.

Family vaca

We had multiple generations stay at this property for a quick get away. It was easy to get to, easy check in and close to all the things we wanted to do. The home was stocked with everything needed. We had 7 people stay here and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and that has been a problem with past locations. Would recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!
