Nice location..short walk to coffee shop and some local restaurants. Apartment was great, quiet and comfortable. My husband especially liked the stand alone shower ad he has trouble getting in and out of a bathtub. Definitely a winner!

Clean and comfortable, good location, attentive host. If you are staying longer than one night, bring extra toilet paper, bring paper towels and trash bags, and sheets for the pull-out sofa if you plan to use it.

This rental was very clean and scent free (which is rare and greatly appreciated). It had what we needed and was minimally decorated, which was great as some places have so much “stuff” that you can’t use some of the space. This rental had plenty of room/space for everything we brought with us. It was fun to have the farmers market right outside our door on Saturday morning. Communication was stellar! I highly recommend this rental.

Inside of property was very clean but outside sidewalk area was a mess. The air blowing out of the ceiling into to blinds made it sound like wind chimes. Maybe deter the direction of the air outtake

We stayed for about 5 weeks, it was a very convenient apartment. Close to everything you need. I did have a problem with the hot water, but it was taken care of that same day. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Getaway Location

Great little spot with lots of nice spots for dining, coffee and bars within walking distance. Close enough to Madison but a nice quiet spot to reenergize.

Spent the Christmas holiday in this cute and spotless unit, which was perfect for us. The host even set out some fun Christmas decorations. It had everything we needed, the host was extremely responsive, and perfect location with a great coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. I expect we'll do this again.

We arrived at the apartment and discovered a few issues, the Ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and the TV had no instructions on how to use it. Also the closet in the master bedroom, was locked. Not major issues but annoying. We called the manager who did send us a repair team to fix the refrigerator, and also he informed us the locked closet in the master bedroom, was where the cleaning supplies were kept. So we needed to hang clothes in two other closets. Overall there was little information in the apartment about things like places to eat, Also in the two bathrooms there were no grab bars in the shower, which I would have thought would have been required in a rental apartment. Our stay otherwise was okay. The parking was available, although there were plenty of signs in the front of the apartment indicating restrictions during certain days and hours.

Cute Place in Sun Prairie Wi

My family stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen and family room were perfect to hang out for the 4 of us. This place would be even better in the summer with the farmers market going on!
