Spotlessly clean, unbelievable location. We spent a fantastic few days here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Beach is dog friendly and easily accessible depending on the tide. The house is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Views are amazing and the Rosewood is steps away if you want to stop in for a meal. Only MINOR issue: Parking is unclear, gate code improperly relayed. After asking around and finally calling the management company I was able to locate the parking. A map and or photos of the parking area would be helpful. Hope to stay again someday.

We loved this charming beach cottage. There are a lot of steps but was not a problem for us. The small kitchen is well stocked. We used the pull out bed for one if our kids and it was great.

Charming and lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located for dining, shopping, exploring and -of course - walks on the beach! Falling asleep to the waves each evening was magical.

Little gem by the beach!

The petite beach abode, its a great place to stay on the oceanfront in Miramar. It's cosy and comfortable and we really enjoyed our 3-night visit.

Stayed in this beach house every summer when our daughter was growing up, she is 25 now. This was the first time we stayed in the winter and we really enjoyed it, even when it was raining. The last prior time we stayed was about 20 years ago, the entire house has been re-done. You are on the sand, you can walk to the Miramar hotel and there are trains that come by, it's perfect.

Amazing Thanksgiving

Spent 5 days at this amazing property and it was everything we expected. Property is clean, has everything and the location is perfect. Our golden retrievers loved running on the beach, our kids hunted hermit crabs right outside our patio, we fished at nearby Stearns Wharf. Would highly recommend

We had a very nice time and loved the place and the location! The only slightly less positive issues that we came across were the parking-someone parked in our spot for hours and we couldn’t find an available spot, and the coffee maker was broken. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience!

Charming getaway

The house is in a great location on Miramar Beach (very close to Miramar Resort). The beach is beautiful and our dogs loved swimming in the ocean everyday. The house was very charming. I would recommend for about 3 people max as it’s tight quarters. It was so relaxing to hear the waves all day long. I would stay here again.

Beach stay

Great location, cute house and stunning views. Needed to get hand soap and laundry detergent but that was fixed easily with a trip to the store. I would recommend adding more beach towels since there were only 3.

Lovely Winter Stay

We’ve always wanted to stay at a place right on the ocean. This place was perfect! Walked right out the door onto to beach. Dogs loved it too! Close to a cute area with delicious restaurants. There are steep stairs that you need to go down to the bedrooms and bathrooms, so wouldn’t recommend this place if stairs are difficult for you.

Killer View!

The view was amazing. The beds were lush and dreamy. We aren’t that tech savvy so it had lots of locks, fireplace, and TV controls for those who are. The main bath was a little strange with the tub and no matter what you did water went everywhere. But the stay was very nice’

Incredible!

We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!

The bungalow was very clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook. Chairs and beach towels were also provided. But the stairs to get downstairs were hard for an older person and we found the beds uncomfortable. We also wished there was an easier access to the beach. The rocks can be hard to cross. Otherwise it was wonderful to see the dolphins every day and to hear the soothing waves. We had a small dog with us and she enjoyed the space as well.

Cozy beach cottage right on Miramar Beach

We had a fun and relaxing time at this property. It's right on the water, and at high tide you feel like the ocean is crashing beneath you. Seals/sea lions and dolphins frequently sighted. Rosewood resort's excellent restaurants are conveniently located nearby. We felt that some of the mixed reviews here were a bit off target. If you read the property description it is quite accurate so set expectations accordingly; note they've added a portable AC unit for times when you need to cool down a room, though the ocean breeze typically kept things pleasant during late August. About the stairs: well yes it is down on the beach, however note also that there's a public beach access driveway situated conveniently so you can get very close to the property for loading/unloading of your vehicle. All-in-all a good value with just about all the expected amenities

Communication was great when we reached out for important missing items. They delivered them promptly. The house is uncomfortably furnished in main living area and we found it hard to relax. . Stairs are narrow and steep to get to bedrooms and bathrooms which was very challenging for aging guests. Prickly weeds covered the walkway down to the beach which required some work by us to clear. We walked on beach and came back with sticky tar all over our feet but luckily they dropped off some wipes for that. It was a mess to clean up initially. We made the best of our stay. It was splurge to stay there and such a disappointment in quality and comfort despite the beach front location. For that price it would have been better to stay at the nice hotel near by.
