Unique house with great location

Lovely home with convenient beach access! More than desires beach traffic though, people walking back and forth, considering this was a private beach.

Loved our second stay at the Hobbit House!

We loved our second stay at the Hobbit House. It never disappoints. Still lovely, unique, and well cared for. The management company is terrific as well.

Most enjoyable beach experience ever!

Wonderful visit to Santa Barbara . The Hobbit House was amazing. Total attention to detail at every level. Walking on Miramar beach Shopping at Montecito village grocery Dinner at Caruso We will be back!

Bohemian perfection

This home was such a fun, eclectic space. It had everything we needed and the views are unrivaled. (Note : this is not handicapped friendly)

Fun on the beach!

You will never stay closer to the ocean in a more fabulous place. Lots of wonderful details. Everyday found something new and fun. Very well equipped and everything worked. Although was hard to figure out where one light switch was. Perfect spot for family with 1 it 2 seven or older children or couple.

Excellent

I've stayed on Miramar many times over the years and it's my favorite place on earth. I've stayed at the Whimsical Wave last year and again this year and it's the most unique and beautiful home on this beach. I have a yacht in Santa Barbara harbor that I can stay on any time I come to town but this home will keep drawing me back again and again. I'll be back again to stay here soon. It's the most peaceful and beautiful place there is. I'd stay here for the rest of my life if I could.
