We had an incredible week in this beautiful montecito home! The location was perfect! One block from the beach and 2 blocks from the shops! This was a very good stay!

Great location and proximity to the beach and the main dining/shopping area of Montecito. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Laundry access was a bonus for beach goers…

I had a wonderful girl's weekend here. The location is truly unbeatable! I was also surprised that the place felt much larger than the photos show, and the back patio in the cover photo has been completely redesigned. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and hope to get the opportunity to stay again some time!

Good location walking distance to Butterfly beach and downtown Montecito. We were very disappointed with the major construction going on right behind the back patio. Woken up by hammering at 7:50 one morning and 7:15 another! Not what I want on vacation. The host did not notify us about this ahead of time. We wouldn’t have booked it if we had known.

There is a new house under construction behind my property. The construction is 85% complete fully framed. Construction was suppose to be completed by June 2026 There is some small intermittent noise but should not be overly invasive as the house is fully framed. I have had several guests during the past 6 months who have not complained. I have also priced the property at a discount to account for any noise. I did offer the guest a full refund the day of the complaint. They decided to remain in the property inspite of the inconvenience.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and the location makes for easy walks to town and beach. Also, very easy access to freeway. Would definitely stay there again.

It was the most perfect rental for my husband and myself. Fabulous location….. plenty of space in the house….. wonderful large kitchen…. Most importantly Kerry was so kind and helpful…. Always available .. it was our best trip!

This is our second time staying in the property and we loved it. We came back with our kids this time and it was perfect for our family of four. Good size house with everything we needed for a week. What really makes the house special is the location since it's a 5 min walk from the beach and a 5 min walk from downtown with lots of cute stores and restaurants. Kerry was very communicative throughout the visit while also being respectful of our space. If I needed something he responded quickly and helpfully. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wonderful location!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was very easy, beds were comfy and the house in general was very cozy. Love the location, and walking distance to the beach, coffee, wonderful bakeries, restaurants and shops.

Beach getaway

Great property, close to the beach and restaurants, both walking distance. Close to the Zoo also! Got away from the heat of the valley for a nice cooler weekend.

Lovely place to relax.

Montecito

This location is perfectly located between the beach and the charming downtown, both 5 min walk. We had a very nice relaxing stay. This home was very clean and we had plenty of room for three adults and a tiny pup.
