No Hurricane damage. This property has 11" elevation. Palm Tree III (Hot Tub, Free Heated pool) is Light and airy with a beachy Floridian feel. Each bedroom has a TV. The bedrooms have 55" TVs. Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" TV in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf Course is within walking distance. Kayaks, Four bicycles, and a cornhole game are also included. Bring your boat for the perfect Apollo Beach Vacation.

Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun.

There is no smoking in this house—seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away.

Free heated pool, Free gas Grill, $75 additional hot tub cleaning fee. (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest).

We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests.

We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations. This is only used to alert our guests that the noise levels are getting too loud. To understand more, please go to Minut dot com and read more.

Paradise extravaganza

Immaculate home and property. Beautiful neighborhood. We had a blast taking kayaks out right from the dock at house. Paddled 10 minutes and we at the point with the most beautiful sandbar surrounded by porpoises playing all around us. Absolutely spectacular location. Highly recommend Circles restaurant right around the corner. Will definitely be back. Mike and his wife are the best host and super responsive

Great stay in Apollo Beach

Came to Tampa to go to the Buccaneers game. Had a great stay in Apollo Beach, easy to get to the stadium and back. Hot tub was fantastic. We will be back.

Everything promised and more....

The house was amazing and worked perfect for our family. Michael was a very accommodating host and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the many extras that they put in to the house such as the beautiful decor, all the toys and amenities you would need for any and all families and also the well stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need. The pool and hot tub were super clean and enjoyed very much. This house was all we could ask for and more.

Amazing Stay

The property was absolutely wonderful and in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly on our morning walks and evening bike rides. Fishing off the dock was fun, and lots of fish were caught. Looking forward to another stay!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, alles da, was man benötigt und in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand!!!

Wir hatten eine wunder bare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus vom 17.05.-31.05.2024. An jedem Tag war es mindestens 30 Grad, wir hatten immer super Wetter, am Abend war jeweils noch 25 - 27 Grad. Diese Unterkunft können wir absolut empfehlen, es ist alles da was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Pool was amazing!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. The pool was amazing, we saw dolphins, manatees, sting rays and a shark in the canal! We caught a couple fish and a blue crab! House was very clean and had all the fixings to go with it. There needs to be a little TLC to the bar stools and grill and we had a small fridge problem but Michael was on it within 30 minutes. Overall we would stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree III

This is a 5 star property that met or exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious, and situated in a quiet community. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped and I am envious of the readily available hot water out of the kitchen tap! The 85 inch TV and comfy couch with recliners on the ends in the family room were great for watching the Super Bowl and other sporting events! The property offers three bedrooms that slept 9 in beds and a 10th in a roll-away, and two full bathrooms with plenty of linens and towels. My wife and I loved the outside amenities including kayaking, fishing, and gorgeous sunsets from the dock. And then there is the pool and hot tub with lots of available sunshine and sitting/entertaining space around the outside pool area. Lots of other amenities offered by the owner such as bikes, fishing gear, the kayaks, etc. Mike was very responsive in addressing any questions we had. The house is a reasonable distance from other locations like the city of Tampa, St Petersburg and Sarasota (one of my favorite attractions is the circus museum in Sarasota). Check out the manatee viewing area which is free and very close to the house. We loved dining at Circles restaurant at the Apollo Beach harbor. Read the other Reviews. This place is as advertised, consistently exceptional, and we would love to visit again.

Fantasic stay!

We had a fantastic stay! House was well stocked with all the essentials! Host was very respomsive to our pre-vacation needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The kids loved fishing off the dock behind the house. There were tons of activities to keep is busy at the house including bags, fishing, bikes, kayaks, and pool. Cant wait for our next trip!

Beautiful home and amenities. Boating from the home was easy to get to the bay, and from there to downtown Tampa and Beer Can island… fantastic location! Everyone enjoyed cooling off in the gorgeous pool, and the spa heats up quite quickly. Fishing off the dock or from a kayak was fun and easy.

This house was amazing!!

This house was so beautiful. It literally had everything you could want for a vacation house. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. Very comfy beds and loved watching the sunrise from my bed. I loved this house and 100% would rent it again!!

Palm Tree III

This rental exceeded my expectations and was excellent on all counts: the owner responded quickly to any questions that we had; living space was spacious and beautifully decorated; very comfortable new looking furniture and beds; newer appliances in an extremely well equipped kitchen..many pots, pans, bowls, spices, two coffee makers, etc; two washers and dryers, great linens and towels...everything in tip top shape and immaculately clean! We also enjoyed the beautiful outside amenities! The pool and hot tub were very clean and lovely, situated so that you can view the dock, canal, and sunsets! We appreciated the surrounding patio space which included a large table and chairs and a couch in a shady area with fans so we could visit, play cards, watch others swim, when we needed relief from the sun. My teenage grandson and son-in-law appreciated the availability of rods and lures and spent many enjoyable hours fishing off of the dock. They even spotted dolphins in the canal, which we all got to see playfully swimming near us! And lastly, the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, etc which were provided for our use, really were wonderful to have for our day at St. Pete's Beach! We had a great vacation at Palm Tree III and would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Apollo Bay or Tampa area!

Perfect family vacation home

We had the best vacation thanks to this house. The pool area was absolutely perfect and the kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub. It was nice to be able to see the canal from the pool area and dolphin watch. The house had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Very friendly neighbors. Mike was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely found this house and location perfect for our stay in Apollo Beach! The pool, the patio, the dock and fishing and the 85” television provided plenty of entertainment for our group. The beds were so comfortable and the master bath was luxurious. We had several meals at home and the kitchen was very well stocked. The local meat market had great choices even seafood that we grilled and ate out on the patio! Groceries and beer and wine were just a mile or two away. Just the best fun and relaxing vacation ever!

Excellent home

The house was incredible for what we wanted for a family vacation! Great kitchen, house, pool, and dock for staying in and relaxing for a few days. Plenty to do, especially for the kids, and excellent hospitality by the owner with quick response if anything is needed!

Great house and fabulous pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We used them every day. Outdoor seating area with couch and large dining table was great and even on hot days, the covered area was enjoyable as there are 3 big ceiling fans. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows are provided. TV’s in all bedrooms worked with no issues. The TV in living room is huge; we had a couple of movie nights and loved it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. so if you want to cook, you definitely can. There were some staples (salt, pepper, spice rack, oil, k cups for a few days, etc) but as with any vacation rental, you may need to get some things if you want anything special. The grill worked great. Mike, the owner, was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. They left us a bottle of wine and nice note to welcome us. :) We have stayed at numerous rentals over the years and I would definitely recommend this one.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with all the necessities for a family vacation. Pool area and canal were great! Tons of water toys and recreational bikes for enjoyment. The kitchen was open to both living areas and had everything you need to cook amazing meals which we enjoyed. Grill was super nice and convenient. Huge couch for movies at night and a MASSIVE TV. We ended most nights with a movie. All the streaming apps you’d want too. The only drawback is that the house is away from popular shopping and restaurants. Still has some waterfront restaurants nearby. About 45 minutes to the airport. Just be prepared for a long drive. Also, no swimming at Apollo Beach due to the power plant. I didn’t research the area well because I was sold on the house. Still had a great time and spent the day at St Pete beach. For a public beach, it’s AMAZING!! They rent cabanas there so not dragging tons of beach chairs and setting up an umbrella was a big plus!! Highly recommend!! The owners were very responsive with the few issues we had and didn’t affect our stay at all. Great house!!
