When you mentioned needing an extension cord, we were happy to provide one right away, and we’ve since installed a new GFCI outlet in the front of the home to make things even more convenient for future guests. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the property. We’re also glad we were able to respond quickly to your concerns and work toward resolving everything as efficiently as possible. While the internet issue was unfortunately outside of our direct control, we worked closely with the provider to restore the fiber service as quickly as we could. Regarding the boat lift, we appreciate your understanding. As a courtesy amenity, we always want to ensure it is safe and fully functional, so we completed significant upgrades—including replacing all four pilings and installing two new motors—within a very short timeframe. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and we truly value having guests like you.
