Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin).
We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft) and all bedrooms have new carpeting.
Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Parking under the house.
It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.
We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.
If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. The pool is not heated. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are included.

We have been traveling to SSB for more than a decade, so we know it well. The location was great. About 1/2 mile from Surfside Pier/restaurants/bars/ice cream. Easily walkable to the beach, although if you’re traveling soon… the town has beach access closed from 10th-4th street so a little more walking was required. The space was perfect for our group. Loved having separate bathrooms for each room. The kitchen was generously stocked. We really enjoyed the private pool and utilized daily. Plenty of parking for cars and golf carts .

We had an amazing stay at “A Dream Come True”. Our two families had plenty of space and the very short walk to the beach was very convenient! The owners (Karen and Bill) were always quick to respond. This house was the most stocked house we have ever rented! Basically everything you would need was there. It is beautiful and very spacious! I do wish the door had a PIN code on it instead of the lockbox with a key. Location was fantastic pool was a little small but worked, host responded back to any questions very quickly. Definitely would recommend this house.

We had a great time during our week at Dream Come True! The weather was a little cool, but we made the best of it. The house was well stocked and had games and books. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and big, and the table was great for our Easter dinner. The pool was a little cold during our stay, but the kids didn't mind too much. I'd stay here again for sure. It was a great location and great deal for how close you are to the beach.

Great location
Stayed there with our college golf team and the boys really enjoyed it. The place was clean and as advertised.

Yearly family beach vacation .
Great home, great communication with owners, home had plenty of room for family . Pool was an added bonus for hot days retuning from beach . Would absolutely stay again .

We loved the location of this house…. Beach block and on a quiet street. Short drive to all MB attractions. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children.

Wonderful home and location
My family and I had a wonderful time. This home was well stocked and great location. It was a very easy access to the beach.

Great family stay
Enjoyed a week with 3 generations of family. Was our second stay at this property. Great location near the beach and perfect size for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids. House is clean and well stocked. Karen is very responsive!

Welcoming and Easy
Property was easy to find, great location distance from the beach, and very welcoming. The owner gave plenty of helpful information prior to our stay and was very responsive to all communications. Enjoyable experience.

First, we always wanted our own beach house. During many visits to Myrtle Beach area, we kept being drawn to Surfside Beach due to its proximity to Myrtle Beach to the north, golfing, shopping, restaurant's, etc. The fact that Surfside isn't lined with condo towers was an attraction for us along with the family orientated community. It became the perfect beach spot for us.

We enjoy the comfort of our new home and what seems to be the endless options to pick from during the day....read a book, hang out at the pool, walk to the beach, walk to the pier to hang out or enjoy a meal, golf, shop or watch TV. It is the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
