Very roomy house, lots of seating and table areas. Provided all basics and more in kitchen and bathrooms. We had 3 couples staying, plenty of room for everyone to have private areas, and community areas. Big enough for everyone to be comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. The host checked in to make sure we got in ok and also later in the week to make sure everything was good. Having access to the lake & beach whenever we wanted made our vacation that much better. We are already thinking about staying again next year. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a beautiful property, right in the lake with private beach, we had a bonfire one night at sunset, and have beautiful pictures and memories.The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for, and a conveniently laundry room to wash all of our dirty RZR riding clothes! The host is super responsive and answered allof our questions right away, and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place for any family trip!

Beautiful house and perhaps the best equipped kitchen of any of the vacation homes I've ever stayed in. It was nice to have access to a variety of pots/pans/knives and other cooking utensils. The beach here is perfect, beautiful sandy beach and you can see Marquette in the distance, along with the Superior Dome and the lights of the city at night. My boys liked the house too. The oldest appreciated easy access to the Iron Ore heritage trail so he could get his daily runs in and the youngest liked being able to bike up and down Lakewood lane. Will definitely consider staying here again as we explore further west in the U.P.

Great stay

We loved staying here with our family and kids. Beautiful location and great amenities in the house and very easy communication with the hosts. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Shannon and Dean were outstanding hosts! They responded quickly to all our questions. Their home was fully equipped with everything we needed, both indoors and outdoors. I rented their summer house so my family, consisting of four adults and three children, could enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of Lakewood Ln. My parents used to own a cottage nearby when I was a child, so it felt like a trip back to the 60s. Nothing beats being right on Lake Superior! We spent many hours on the beach and swimming in the lake. We also had two lively bonfires. I would give their rental 10 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed if you rent from Shannon and Dean!

Great getaway

This was a nice place for a short getaway with our family. Nice beach, close to several restaurants and a grocery store, and a very comfortable place to stay.

Great spot just outside of Marquette on Lake superior. We stayed for a long weekend with some friends to explore the mountain bike trails. Great house, well stocked kitchen, very responsive Host!

Peaceful getaway with a very beautiful home that offers plenty of space. The short walk to the beach primes you up for the final and of the trail which is lake and beach!
