This property at 1409 SBV was just as described. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been any better. The property was clean and very welcoming. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the entire time spent there. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay- the villa was spotless, very comfortable and made our vacation very enjoyable. We were right next to the beach and pickleball/tennis courts. Everything was thought about in the villa including games and books, beach towels, stocked amenities, and very comfortable beds. Check-in was a breeze and responsive communication. We will be back! This is our new favorite vacation home in Hilton Head.

Family beach trip

Property was excellent and well stocked with everything you need other than food. Would highly recommend this property and great location to beach. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Lovely Trip

We loved staying in Sea Pines at this South Beach Villa property. The location was great and the house was beautiful. It was a super short walk to the beach and the wagon and beach toys provided were such a big help. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We WILL be back!

This home was absolutely stunning! They thought of everything and beyond. We brought stuff we didn’t even use because it was already there! Beach and pool access were perfect - just steps away!

Amazing Villa!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! The villa was perfectly located in the heart of south beach just down a short path to the beach. The decor was sophisticated beachy elegant. Loved the kitchen and it was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms are modern cool and the powder room downstairs is the cutest. Can’t wait to return!

It was the perfect size for our family and I was very pleased with it. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor was very well-done. It was so easy to get to the beach and I was happy to find the beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all. The management company was helpful and friendly and provided an excellent guide with suggestions that was so nice to have! Thank you BestNest!

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and fully stocked for a fun week at the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and relaxing. Beach toys and beach wagon were provided as well as an ample supply of beach towels. We were very glad to have access to a washer and dryer. The beach is a short walk. Unfortunately, the days we were staying, the beach was being renourished. This means big equipment was running all day and into the evening. This left us listening to loud bulldozers rather than the sound of the waves. The entrance to the beach from our property as well as several entrances in each direction were closed and marked with no trespassing/danger signs. There were patrols guarding the area and chastising you if you got too close. The work also left the ocean near it very murky. It looked dirty instead of the normal clean looking water of Hilton Head. This left us dragging all of our beach equipment much farther than the 50 yards described in the listing. Unfortunately, we did not know any of this would be happening when we booked the property ( we booked about 1.5 weeks prior to our arrival). Not sure if propery management knew this would be happening during our stay or not, but it was frustrating -especially for the price per night of the rental. We can recommend the property. However, be sure to check if any renourishment is being done when you are going. Otherwise you may end up paying top dollar for a BestNest that is really not close to a clean beach.

First Class Experience All The Way!

The location to both the beach (steps away across a wooden bridge & sandy path) and the newly built pool was amazing! It is also just across the street from all the fun of Salty Dog. This 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath villa was stunning and the amenities and service provided by Best Nest was unmatched. If you wanted was there- beautiful beach chairs, towels, wagon, games as well as every kitchen amenity from plates, glasses, plastic dishware, spices, food storage containers & zip lock bags. Absolutely first class...not sure my home kitchen is this well stocked. It was well organized and very very clean. Any questions we had they were literally a phone call away! We absolutely loved it and will rent through Best Nest again!
