Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.
The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.
The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.
I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Its a great house for lots of people- the view is lovely to the inlet- fascinated by the two alligators that swim back and forth! Jim, the host, couldn't have been nicer and more informative!

This house is amazing. Million dollar view of the "canal" . The layout is perfect for four couples . The kitchen is a great hangout spot. The owner and her dad were wonderful to deal with. The property is convenient to Harbour Town and all the restaurants and shops.

This was the perfect home for our week in Hilton head. The view was spectacular, we all had our own bedroom suites, the kitchen was well equipped and they had bikes available to ride around. Plus the host’s dad lives near by and extremely helpful and a such joy to talk with. We thoroughly loved everything about staying here.

We had a great stay. The home is immaculate and anything you might need is there. This is our second time staying at this property. The owner's father, Jim was very informative and helpful.

We had an amazing holiday week in this house. We loved the kitchen so much! Truly a cooks dream kitchen! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living room was comfortable for the 6 of us. We will be booking this house again!

We have stayed at this home several times. It is always clean and well stocked with the essentials. The deck overlooking the lagoon is very peaceful and the view is beautiful, especially at sunset.

Heaven on Hilton Head
The house and location were terrific. Between South Beach and Harbor Town. The view from the living room was outstanding, exactly as advertised. Can't wait to go back again.

The property was in a well maintained community in Sea Pines. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The owner and her father were very responsive to the very few questions we had. They were very pleasant to work with. We had a great stay.

Family visit
Beautiful home and gorgeous views of the lake!We had a great time on the island and at the house! Neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk/bike around. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Wishes we could have stayed longer!

The tranquility of the scenery out back is so captivating and with each passing season I gain a greater appreciation for the natural setting and wildlife. I thought it would be great to share that with others when we cannot be there....

The home is an oasis of natural beauty and peacefulness in an otherwise busy community (Sea Pines). We like the fact that you can get away from the crowds and have your own slice of peace and quiet even when it is crowded in the summer. You can walk (20 min) to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and the marina. You can bike to the beach or hop on a trolley in busy season. We have shopping and restaurants located within one mile. Our home gives you a place to get away from it all and yet be close enough to everything you need.
