The space was very sunny pretty and clean, Eileen was super welcoming and the for any questions. It’s in a very central location, would recommend for anyone to stay here.

This was a perfect accommodation. A beautiful, Berlin-style apartment in a a great location (about a two minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations). Eileen was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She went above and beyond and made lodging a complete non-issue on our Berlin trip. I could not recommend this property enough!

We absolutely loved staying in Eileen's apartment. The apartment clean, spacious, and cosy at the same time - with plenty of light and lots of lovely plants. We loved sitting out on the balcony too. The location was also great - in a nice area and close to the U-Bahn and S-bahn for getting around the city. Eileen was a great host - she was really helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!Thanks Eileen!

Very cozy place with nice decoration. We heard the neighbors very well at night and in the morning so not very suitable for light sleepers. Very cute cat in the inner courtyard and a lot of restaurants, shops and parks at a walking distance. I would go again!

Flat is very close to public transportation and restaurants. Great location. Host was very caring and helped us when needed.

Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. Would definitely come back! 3

Wonderful apartment!

Great apartment in a lovely area (the kebab stand at the end of the road is great). The only thing that would help is the exact address for the apartment from Vrbo, but that's a tiny change!

Wonderful apartment and owner!

I was so privileged to stay at Eileen's place. She was very kind and thoughtful. The apartment was perfect - I had some of the best sleeps I have ever had traveling in the apartment. It's spacious, with great light, warm, and located close to shops and the metro. If you are going to Berlin this is a perfect place to stay with a wonderful host!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es fühlt sich sehr persönlich und durchdacht an, eben nicht eine Standard 0815 charakterlose Ferienwohnung. Eileen ist super lieb und aufgeschlossen. Und wenn man Tiere mag, ist man bei ihr ebenfalls gut aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist eine Mischung aus hartem Pflaster und gut gelegen. Parkplätze sind hart umkämpft, aber Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Tempelhofer Feld braucht man zu Fuß max. 15 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung hat einen wundervolllen Charme und ist sehr gut angebunden gelegen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und wir werden gerne wieder hier einkehren, wenn es uns wieder nach Berlin verschlägt.

Die FeWo entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Vieles in der Wohnung war auf Sperrmüllniveau, der Balkon quasi nicht nutzbar, es roch unangenehm und der Kühlschrank war wohl auch lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden.

Also das verstehe ich wirklich nicht. Sperrmüllniveau ist unverschämt. Und was roch unangenehm? Ich bin jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen und ihr habt nix gesagt...weshalb ist der Balkon nicht nutzbar gewesen? Der Balkon ist total schön. Keine anderen Gäste haben es je so gesehen. Das ist wirklich traurig und das Lachen euer Enkeltochter die ganzen Tage, klang nicht,als wäre es so schrecklich gewesen. Schade,das nicht offen kommuniziert wurde und dann hinterum so abfällig bewertet wird. Ich bin immer offen eine Lösung zu finden.
