Enjoy a short walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and then walk away from the noise and relax at the cottage when you’re done! Open concept with vaulted ceilings. Completely updated. Linens provided. Large yard, so bring those yard games for family fun! We continuously add the “little things” to try to help minimize what a guest will need to bring with them or wish they did.

2 full bathrooms

High speed internet so “working from home” is not an issue!

Designated parking for up to 3 vehicles. No parking allowed on lawn. One boat allowed.

No tents or campers.

Yard behind cottage is private. Side yard space is shared with apartment

Exterior cameras.

Short drive to wine country.

Great place to stay - clean, modern and the owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The cottage is well equipped including things for young children such as high chair, pack-n-play and dishware as well some nice little extras like bubbles and sidewalk chalk etc.Short walk to the beachWould definitely stay there again

Great home…. close to many restaurants and the beach. Owner was AWESOME with communicating via phone and text! Had everything we needed Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect place for our visit to New York to view the 2024 solar eclipse. There were six adults staying all together, and plenty of space for all of us. Location was perfect, very walkable neighborhood. House was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Every night we walked down to Sunset Bay to view the sunset.

Awesome Stay!

We went to NY for a tournament, this location was close enough that we could go back & rest when we needed to! We have 4 kids so we are use to noise. I had already knew the location was near some train tracks but it really didn’t bother us! Hosts were welcoming & helpful! We didn’t have any issues during our stay!!!

Perfect stay, will definitely rent again

The place is beautiful. Nicer in person than the photos. Large enough if the weather doesn't cooperate. Large yard for kids and adults to enjoy. Fully stocked from dishes to seasonings and cleaning supplies. Host is a 10/10. Keeping us informed of events in the area. Like leaving your home and going to youre home.

Loved that we were away from the busy streets. Very peaceful location. Except forThe Fire Department. The long oneMinute blast was very loud . The rental was just right for our family.

Best VRBO experience we’ve had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was available, communicative, and helpful. The house was nicer than the pictures let on and perfectly clean, and had so many little things that helped our stay. It made for the percect home during the wedding weekend🙌🏼 10/10 would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great property and owner

We had a great time. The house was clean, modern and spacious. The beds are comfy, too! We ultimately just wanted some beach time. It's just a short trek to the beach and not overcrowded. A fun vacation was had by all. We will be back!

Perfect for our trip

A lovely little cottage about a half mile walk to the beach. The host was fabulous and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay despite chilly and rainy weather!

Nice cottage in Sunset Bay

The cottage has been newly renovated, everything was clean and fresh. It was nice that the hosts had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker so we brought our coffee with us. We are familiar with the area and knew the cottage was near the train tracks so the trains didn't bother us. That's just part of the Sunset Bay vibe. Any issues we encountered the hosts were prompt and accomodating.

Beautiful property

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The owners are so friendly and very responsive. Beautiful yard to spend time outside and have a fire. Perfect for my husband, daughter and parents to spend a family weekend together. Would highly recommend for your getaway and will definitely be coming back!

brand-new property

Nice and clean. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Close to a railroad section, which can be a plus if you have young kids.
