We had an amazing stay in Terlingua! The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the views were incredible. The host was responsive and made everything easy. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The Hideaway was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and other amenities.

Beautiful place to stay. Very spacious. As all the essentials a traveler would need. Vrbo faces towards the east to watch the early morning sunrise. Also, it is very quiet. Very tranquil. Host was always available and easy to get a hold of when needed. Details about the house are very easy to follow. Very convenient to town and to the Big Bend national Park. I will definitely recommend the Desert Hideaway to my friends and family. I look forward to revisiting this place.

Big Bend Trip

My wife and I and another couple recently spent four nights at the Desert Sky Hideaway, conveniently located near Terlingua Ghost Town. The house is ideally located for exploring Big Bend and Big Bend Ranch. It has an industrial, minimalist interior that perfectly fits its desert environment. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well-supplied. It also has a spectacular view of the Chisos Mountains in Big Bend National Park. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again on a future visit to Big Bend Country.

Great weekend stay

This property was fantastic for a small group of friends. Great location and user friendly. Plenty of room to accommodate friends and relatives. Will definitely try to stay here again

This was a great location for family visiting the area for a wedding. The home has a perfect layout, beautiful morning sunrise view and nicely stocked with needed items. The road in is a treat! Host is very responsive and helpful.

Walking distance to Starlight Theater, Milagro Coffee and more. Great location for Big Bend National Park. Loved the house, easy to find, very clean and great hosts.

We love this house. The kitchen is big, and the dining table seats 6. We love stargazing from the porch. We love the location- convenient to the Starlight.

Perfect home base for our short visit to Big Bend. Can comfortably accommodate two couples and two adult children and everything we needed was provided. Hope to return for a longer stay sometime soon.

The house was close to all of our destinations: Big Bend NP, Big Bend Ranch SP, and Terlingua Ghosttown. The house was very clean and had room for everyone to sit and eat and play games together. Also, had a great view of the sunrise and night skies.

Nice place

Very nice place for a family or friends. The porch is a great view of the sunrise and stars at night. The road to the house is pretty rough but other than that it is perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked and very clean. It was convenient for our hiking adventures in Big Bend National park. Would recommend this home to anyone who needs accommodations near Big Bend.
