This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Very good location, so closed to Big Bend Park, and right access to other towns near by. Super comfortable for a party if six. We definitely recommend it!.

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. The hosts are immediately responsive if you have questions or concerns. And the instructions given are thorough and helpful. The house is so cute, beds are comfy and they actually have GOOD supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc). I just wish I had more time to relax and read some of the books provided. Best thing is morning coffee and evening tea on the front porch. The view is priceless.

The casita was very nice and just as shown online. It was comfortable and clean! Very interesting decore inside and lovely seating areas outside to view the stars! We were very happy with the showers and water pressure. We will return and recommend this rental to our friends! Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay. Large den area with 65" TV for times you are not outaide in the numerous hammocks or lawn chairs enjoying the view and the Teas night sky. Excellent outdoor areas. Convenient location for visiting Big Bend parks

A lovely stay! The home was well appointed with dishes, cookware, etc and had a really neat eclectic vibe with arrowheads, rocks, interesting artwork throughout. Very comfortable seating inside and especially outside with absolutely amazing views from all directions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was wonderful! Loved the outside set up and hammocks. It was nice to have tv in each bedroom and a full kitchen to cook in. Also loved having a washer and dryer in Big Bend.

Excellent location for our adventures in Big Bend and the ghost town area is a must! The house was the most stocked VRBO that I have ever stayed at, towels in abundance and plenty of kitchen accessories to cook anything! Communication with host was excellent as well as directions and anything we needed. 5 star host!

Great stay for Big Bend

Great location close to Big Bend NP. The house met our needs perfectly, especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager about directions, what to expect, what to bring was very helpful.

Great rental!

We chose Rancho Mula Oso because of its proximity to Big Bend National Park. Mula Oso was wonderful and close enough to town that we could run to the market when needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to visit southern Texas.

Amazing!

We loved everything about the property. Close to everywhere we were going. My kids said this was their favorite VRBO/ Air BNB we’ve ever stayed at. Super clean, great view, had ANYTHING you could’ve needed from home, with a grocery store a few minutes down the road. Excellent place to stay.

Great Home for Big Bend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, large, well furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and awesome outside areas. The purpose of our trip was to visit Big Bend National Park and this home provided a great location for that. We loved coming home after a long day of hiking and relaxing at this nice property. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice roomy home in spectacular location

We needed a 3 bed 2 bath home for our group of 4 adults and one child over spring break. Rancho Mula Oso fit the bill. Beds are comfortable and the house is well equipped with plenty of bath linens and dishes in a full kitchen. The outside area out back is perfect for enjoying the gorgeous night skies. We really enjoy staying in this area.

So many stars

So many stars. We had a fantastic time and location was perfect. We spent every night on the hammock looking at the stars and satellites.

Return stay was as good as the first one!

This was my second time to stay at Rancho Mula Osa near Big Bend National Park. The place is spacious enough for 6 people and clean. The best parts are the outdoor spaces including the large back deck and hammocks for seeing the stars and the proximity to the park. I will consider it again when I am in Big Bend!

I would recommend this property but if you're not an experienced motorcycle rider the .2 miles of gravel road might be a little too uncomfortable for some

Loved outdoor space

We had a wonderful visit to Terlingua. The house was perfect for our group of 8. My husband and I really enjoyed the trailer! The outdoor space is fantastic. The property is really beautiful. We were so sad when we had to leave.
