This home was beautiful. Very clean, great view, comfortable beds, and the roof top deck was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Host was thorough on everything and quick to respond if needed. Having assigned parking is a plus. I would totally recommend staying here.

Great location. Everything was up to date (carpet, furniture, bathrooms, beds). The AC was a huge benefit during the record heat! The Host was responsive and easy to work with. I would book again without hesitation!

Condo was great! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the 2 master suites. If we make our way back to Pacific Beach we would definitely stay here again.

What a great property! On-site parking such a benefit The roof top & the patios were a great way to have downtime. The walk to the beach was minimal and we were able to walk to a few restaurants. Appreciated 3 beds/baths immensely!!

Great space in a perfect location! Clean, kitchen had everything we needed, used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and SUP, roof top space was wonderful. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great place to spend time with family

From the very beginning, communication was very easy with Todd & Vickie. It was a great property. The beds were really cozy super clean, and a great location.

Everything that was promised and more! This place was fully stocked with anything you could ever want. Location was fantastic and the rooftop was amazing! Check-in was easy. Communication with hosts was fast. We would stay here again! We had plenty of space with 6 adults.

Perfect Location

Property is very nice. Location is perfect, close to everything. Walked to everything we needed. Short drive to everything we wanted. Check in/out process is simple and clear. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay in PB

This property is ideal! Very nice and cozy. Unbeatable location, steps to the beach, 15-20 to all destinations we had planned. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with 3 teenage girls really worked out great. 2 parking spots was also helpful as street parking is impossible in that neighborhood. We hope to stay again next year!

Perfect San Diego Stay

We loved staying at this fresh, lovely, cozy apartment! Very nice bedrooms for our three couples. Stylish and comfortable common space for hanging out. 2 balconies and a roof top. So clean! Easy walk to Mission Bay, the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet street. The perfect San Diego home base.

Nice stay in San Diego beach area

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is a block from Mission Bay on a quiet side street. Best features: A well-stocked kitchen; a balcony on each living floor so there is always an opportunity to feel the beach air; and a roof-level deck that is very comfortably appointed with chairs and a high-top table! Even in December our family enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the roof deck. The parking spaces (two!) in the gated garage are easily accessible and not so tight to navigate with a vehicle as most we've stayed at previously. Washer and dryer worked fine. Be aware that (at least during our stay) there was no cable service for the TVs (three or four local channels could be tuned). You can connect the TVs to your own streaming entertainment (games, content) from your computer or game box over HDMI, but we missed a few football games. Tons of closet space for the bedrooms, and the two 2nd floor bedrooms are fairly spacious. Thanks for the nice visit!

I wish I knew this struggle at the time, as I could have directed you to the Spectrum app on the TV, that gives you access to 125+ channels including local TV and ESPN. Since your visit we have added ROKU devices to each TV to make it easier to access streaming content and the Spectrum App with local content.

The condo is just as advertised with great location, parking and beach gear. The host was quick to respond to questions.And, the permanent residents in other units were friendly and welcoming. About 20 minute walk to Pacific Beach for restaurants, groceries and lively activities.Thank you Fiske family.

Great location, steps to the beach. 3 couples stayed here. very comfortable. Enjoyed some relaxing movie time. Spent time with family. Did some attractions. Called owners in regards to the TV. They Responding immediately..I would stay here again!

August stay

This is a nice place to stay. Easy access to beach and attractions. Enjoyed rooftop dinners. Only two small negatives, countertop was sticky and BBQ grills needed wire brushing. Not a deal breaker. Would stay again.
