Blue Heron Beach House - Near the Beach with a backyard and bikes!

Check out this beautiful designer home located just two blocks from all the action, in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood in Pacific Beach.
This property is located just 1.5 miles from the beach and just a few blocks from Mission Bay. Walk two blocks to Garnet Ave where you will find plenty of great restaurants and other activities.
If your interested in a burger and beer, you must check out a local favorite, Rocky's, located just a few blocks away. It is a small bar that takes only cash, but if you can get in, the burgers are worth it!
Sea World is just 2 miles away as well.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath house has an open bottom level layout so when you are cooking in the gourmet kitchen you won't miss out on any of the action. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and all the utensils needed to cook any meal. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds and one full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms, 2 Jetted Bathtubs and laundry room are located upstairs.
The fully fenced backyard offers a private deck above the garage with plenty of patio furniture for everyone to relax and take in some sun. There is also a gas BBQ grill available. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and beach cruiser bikes are available for guests.

This house even has air conditioning!!

Please note: there is no garage access to guests. Street parking only.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Property was perfect for our family of 8. Very well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of space to eat inside and out. We really enjoyed it and just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the other amenities like the bikes and the proximity to the beach.

We had such a wonderful time at this adorable home in Pacific Beach! Everything was very clean, the host was great in providing all the information needed when checking in. The kitchen is huge, rooms are great sized. zero complaints whatsoever!

The home was beautiful, very clean, updated and an excellent location. We loved the outdoor space, the bikes and the kitchen had everything our large family needed. So nice that they had what we needed to get started and during our stay like trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels.They had a high chair and pack and play for our grand daughter. The communication was excellent with the management and owner. It’s one of the best rentals I have personally ever rented.

We had such a great time staying in this beautiful home in the heart of PB. The home is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach and sitting out on the deck above the garage! The host was very responsive to our questions about checking in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in PB

Great overall rental in the middle of Pacific Beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and beaches are all close. Great spot for a little getaway.

A Great to Stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It was an easy drive to any place we wanted to go in San Diego. It's in walking distance to the beach and many delicious restaurants. The house is beautiful, and we all really enjoyed our stay!

The best stay in San Diego!!

This place was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. Great location and a lot of space for 7 girls. The communicate was amazing and would recommend to anyone, we will definitely be going back!!

Incredible Short term Rental

This place was a great weekend home, extremely clean, and accommodating. They had everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. The location is fantastic as well. Will absolutely be back to this property when we come again.

We (our family of 8) enjoyed a 5-night stay at the Blue Heron. Everything was just as described. My husband and I (the grandparents) had the main bedroom - a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Two rooms had queen beds and first floor bedroom had two single beds. The two teenage boys had that. One of the beds was very squeaky/noisy, but I didn’t hear any complaints. The kitchen was well furnished with everything one would need. The house seemed very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Beach Access

Great location for July 4th activities at the Bay. Loved the decks and outdoor places to relax. Awesome large kitchen and dining area where we could all gather. We had a great time!

Great location and comfortable house

Stayed for three nights at this well furnished home with my three sisters and our mothers. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces and easy to communicate with host. Highly recommend.

Kitchen was well stocked - essentials and appliances were all in good condition.The interior decorations are superior and lay out of the house is well planned!Very clean and beds are comfortable! Amazing stay

Our stay here was perfect. We were given really detailed instructions of the place and everything we needed to know. It was very close to the beach and they had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use. The kitchen was well equipped if you're looking to cook and the bedrooms were all great sizes. Would definitely stay here again!

Best location!

This was the best location enjoy all San Diego has to offer! A mile walk to the beach, minutes from Sea World, Old Town, Coronado Island etc. But the best part was the lovely home with the best stocked kitchen I've ever had in a VRBO. Excellent stay from start to finish.

Great Getaway

amazing, beautiful home in the heart of tons of eating places and coffee shops. The house was clean and well equipped and the neighborhood was awesome too. Cant wait to go back :)
