These homes are my go-to for hosting retreats.

Water Song and Falls Watch are absolutely gorgeous houses, well kept and well equipped, with a view that pictures cannot do justice to. Massive windows, comfortable furniture, and multiple fireplaces make these homes feel luxurious, modern, but at the same time cozy and intimate.

The house was spectacular! We had ample space and everything we needed for a fun filled and relaxing time. The view and sound of the river and waterfalls were amazing and every detail was attended to in the house. We want to come back!!! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful property!

This cabin was perfect for our trip to the mountains. The waterfall views were amazing! There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the house was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Amazing cabin.

This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it Justice. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met with beautiful views of the waterfall. The entire house was perfect.

Spring Break in the Mountains

We had two families stay for a total of 9 people and there plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the creek, the bar downstairs and the large community space. There is plenty to do for everyone and the host was fantastic. We hope to come back again very soon.

The host company was excellent, friendly, accommodating, & an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Don't hesitate to book with them!The house itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, & well stocked. The community was quiet & easy to access. Walking in the neighborhood gave us the pleasure of seeing deer & their fawn!We were a family of 7 adults & 2 teens, & we never felt crowded. Having three separate living areas with TVs made it easy for everyone to have their own space. (Of course, each room, including the bunk room, had TVs, too!) No fighting for bathrooms or bedrooms either! Each room was dreamy with comfy beds. And, meals were easy to cook & enjoy in the huge kitchen. The views & sound of the waterfalls were amazing & so relaxing. We even swam, & it was refreshing in the summer heat. We also fished & released our catch. Our favorite spot was the outdoor living room. Even though it was summer, the porch was comfortable. We spent every morning having coffee there while listening to the waterfalls and birds. The fireflies in the trees were a treat every evening. Day trips to Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Helen, & Ellijay were gorgeous, easy drives. We enjoyed shopping & eating!If you choose to stay at Waterfall Songs, you won't regret it. It was truly one of the most beautiful homes we've booked.

Beautiful oasis in the Falls!

We so enjoyed our stay with a Waterfall right outside the back door!! Unbelievable view and very private! We will be back again!!

Wonderful spring break

We e had a lovely stay here for spring break. The creek out back was a huge hit with my kids, while the beautiful porches and hot tub were perfection for the adults. We had a few very minor things come up during our stay and the host was so prompt and pleasant making everything just right for us. The house is really beautiful and close to so many things. We’re already discussing when we can stay here next.

30, Flirty, & Thriving Birthday Weekend

I chose this location because it was perfect for a communal birthday weekend with friends and family. The waterfall was soothing with multiple rooms to enjoy it from. The home was just gorgeous and I did not want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for elegant communal meals.
