The views are breathtaking, we got to see dolphins from our balcony. The home was clean and had even the smallest of amenities you might not think of. Eric was great to communicate with. He answered promptly even at the crazy 3 a.m. hour as we drove in late. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our BEST trip to San Luis Pass ever! PERCHED ON THE BEACH in my opinion is the perfect house, perfect location, it has it all! Well kept and beautiful! Everything we needed was there. You can’t go wrong staying here. It’s truly ocean therapy. The accommodations, the views …. It has it all. We stayed on the deck and enjoyed watching the waves and the dolphins every morning. Truly perfection for a calm get away. And the best thing of all - you have the same views inside the house. The wall of windows provide views while you’re relaxing inside. We Loved every second!

Our annual visit was cut short due to TS Bertha, but our short stay weather was great (except for the mosquitos). We look forward to our stay every year and share the experience with newest family members and friends. Till next year… thank you Eric.

We have stayed at this property a few times and it is always such a joy to stay here. The ocean views are so beautiful. We love hanging out on the deck over the ocean listening to the waves crashing. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins from the house. Eric is a wonderful host, very quick to respond.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Attention was paid to the finer details. Communication with the host was immediate and thoughtful. The real star of the show however was the view. We rarely left the deck. The waves are so close, and the sounds were relaxing. Pelicans and other bird life all around. So special to see dolphins from the deck. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

Another great trip to “Perched on the Beach” - relaxing, great location, lovely weather for long walks on the beach and terrific sunsets and early morning sun rises. Can’t wait to go back next year for our sixth time there!

Always a great stay!

this is our third or fourth stay at Perch and, as always, it was clean, well-stocked, and lots of fun! the beach is super close and we used the kitchen to make several meals. we'll be back next year!

The spot this house sits on gives amazing views of the water...waves rolling in is like a lullaby at night. You've got everything you need, and it's very private. Great communication and easy checkin. Pets welcome!

I stayed here with my family for my 53rd birthday trip. It was exactly what I wanted... a cozy place with amazing views. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. From Coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise to being lulled to sleep at night by the waves crashing on the rocks..... it was perfection. I loved every minute of our stay.
