3 bedrooms with king sized memory foam beds. 2 full bathrooms. All new stylish furnishings.

Sleeps 8 (extra guest must be approved)

Open floor plan so everyone is included in the fun. Living area has queen sized sleeper sofa, additional sofa seating and lounge chairs. Dining has table seating for 6 and bar seating for 3. South facing deck to enjoy the views and listen to the waves.

Full equipped kitchen with Duo-Kuerig, toaster, microwave, full cooking set up, blender, etc.

Outdoor patio downs stairs has plenty of covered concrete to cook and enjoy the evening breeze. Charcoal grill provided and outdoor dining seating. Outdoor wash area to rinse off.

Wifi, TV, plenty of games and toys. Beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards are stored in the garage and ready for use.

Upon checking we found that the lock on the inside of the door was broken, but the host responded right away to try and get it fixed. Love how close this one is to the beach and love the view!

Relaxing with Beautiful View

Steps from the beach. Beautiful view of the waves from the deck. Sturdy, comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Relaxing place to stay.

Off the Hook

Off the Hook was exceptional. Even though it was second row you had a fantastic view of the ocean. The home is very spacious with three large bedrooms and three king size beds. The area of Sea Isle was very well maintained and it was only a short walk to the beach. There is a swing and picnic table underneath the home. The large deck had a great breeze, great view, and sounds of the waves coming ashore. Lynn was very easy to work with and made sure everything was ready when we arrived. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect location, well stocked, amazing beds!

Last minute booked for a long weekend w my kids! Owner communicated promptly w me! Check in was a breeze, well stocked (counter top ice maker was great), perfectly furnished home, beach items in garage beneath house (really appreciated beach chairs, sand castle stuff and the wagon to cart things back and forth). Beautiful 2nd row view of the beach! Quiet stretch, uncrowded. Beds were AMAZING so we all slept really well. Wonderful grocery store 5 min up the road!! I would absolutely rent out again!! Thanks for the memories we got to make!!

Weekend Getaway with Friends

The house was clean and within close proximity to the quiet beach. There were plenty of places for everyone to sit and visit in the living room and eat at the dining table for six. The three king-sized beds and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great! The main door was hard to open, and the handle on the sliding glass door came off easily. The owner responded quickly when we had trouble with the Wi-Fi and suggested we restart the modem which immediately corrected the problem. We felt at home and had a great time, laughed a lot, and made great memories at Off The Hook! It’s a great place to stay!

Private beach

I want to start by saying we had an amazing time at this property. It was close to the beach (make sure you have shoes - there are spikey things in the grass) which had almost no one on it! The house also had everything you need to stay for a few days! When we arrived, the house hadn't been cleaned yet. The manager was quick to respond and fixed the problem immediately. The internet went out randomly but again, the manager quickly righted that as well. The house could use some love - you can feel the tilt of the house but overall a lovely space to enjoy a family vacay! The property manager was definitely amazing and made the stay even better! We will definitely come back if the opportunity presents itself.

The house was perfect! Great view! Quiet! The property owner was understanding on my circumstances though short on speaking with her. The only drawbacks with the experience is the coffee maker was difficult in working properly and yard stickers which stuck to your pet and flip flops/sandals.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was a good size for our family of five with three bedrooms and two full baths. It was a short walk to the beach and was fairly quiet at night. The section of beach doesn’t allow you drive on it, which we appreciated with our kids. The drive into Galveston wasn’t too bad and we enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle. The furniture and decor were nice. Only thing to note for future visitors is that the community pool is not free to use. You’ll have to pay a small fee for use. Communication with the host was very easy and she was very responsive to the two questions we had.

Fun family getaway!

Nice little family space for a good price! The interior was nicely decorated and served our family well. The private beach was perfect access for our family to come and go to the beach whenever we wanted. It was away from the tourism but close enough to drive into the fun spots.

Great little getaway

Thursday through Sunday. Just the perfect amount of time away for a best friend's trip with our teenager kids and a couple of their friends. The house was cute and clean.

weekend getaway

Amazing property incredible view!! The sound of the Gulf waves from the porch were amazing. The sunrise and sunsets over the water were stunning. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit the area.

We live in East Texas and visit the beach often. In 2018, we had an opportunity come up to invest in Bare Feet Retreat (named by my college best friend and biggest life cheer leader) as place not only to make memories within our family but to share with others. We had so much fun with that one we added "Off the Hook" to our investment. Just a special just a little different. They are 2 miles from each other. If this property isn't large enough check out our other one. We truly look forward to coming for quiet weekends, great grilling, and tons of sandcastle building.
