3 bedrooms with king sized memory foam beds. 2 full bathrooms. All new stylish furnishings.

Sleeps 8 (extra guest must be approved)

Open floor plan so everyone is included in the fun. Living area has queen sized sleeper sofa, additional sofa seating and lounge chairs. Dining has table seating for 6 and bar seating for 3. South facing deck to enjoy the views and listen to the waves.

Full equipped kitchen with Duo-Kuerig, toaster, microwave, full cooking set up, blender, etc.

Outdoor patio downs stairs has plenty of covered concrete to cook and enjoy the evening breeze. Charcoal grill provided and outdoor dining seating. Outdoor wash area to rinse off.

Wifi, TV, plenty of games and toys. Beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards are stored in the garage and ready for use.

Place was clean and beach access was great! Be careful on the deck, we tripped on nails that were sticking up. Also, we found no trash bags. Otherwise place was great!

Great place, plenty of space and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach with a nice new boardwalk, quiet beach with no vehicle traffic.

clean, looked much bigger in the photos, shabby looking on the outside. inside was clean but that was it. would not stay there again

We enjoyed it. Great location. Nice space and furniture. Coffee maker leaked, host was responsive and replaced it with a new one promptly. Tips: Don’t go barefoot on stairs. Pay attention to instructions for locking the front door. Budget an extra 100 for the pool—listing said pool and no hidden fees, but when we got more info we found out it would cost extra. AC unevenly distributed—may need to adjust vents. Appreciated being able to include our dog. The shed on the ground floor has a wagon to help transport stuff to the beach, which was really helpful. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

House was amazing. There is two big houses taking most of the beach view but you still have a sliver of it. a few steps to the beach , 30 minutes from the town if you wish to go but the gas station 5-minutes away has everything. The doc is amazing with a community feel. I would come back. Beds are soft nice pillows. Kitchen has everything!!! They left cute little items to add a lil something. Will recommend friends to stay here.

Fun family getaway!

Nice little family space for a good price! The interior was nicely decorated and served our family well. The private beach was perfect access for our family to come and go to the beach whenever we wanted. It was away from the tourism but close enough to drive into the fun spots.

We live in East Texas and visit the beach often. In 2018, we had an opportunity come up to invest in Bare Feet Retreat (named by my college best friend and biggest life cheer leader) as place not only to make memories within our family but to share with others. We had so much fun with that one we added "Off the Hook" to our investment. Just a special just a little different. They are 2 miles from each other. If this property isn't large enough check out our other one. We truly look forward to coming for quiet weekends, great grilling, and tons of sandcastle building.
