Go Blue! Bright home with large fenced in yard! 3m to Penn State. Free Breakfast

ALL LINENS PROVIDED! We also provide a small amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dish/hand soap to make short stays easier!
This sweet home has two bedrooms and one full bath. It is located 3 miles from Beaver Stadium (5 minutes with no traffic!) and less than 2 miles (2 minutes!) from Tussey Mountain.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a cozy night's sleep! We are local and happy to help you find anything you might need while here.
You'll find coffee and add-ins plus to-go cups in the kitchen upon arrival. We've also left you a waffle station with toppings. Please help yourself!
There are NO STAIRS inside the home, so access is easy for all. (There is one step to go in through the front door.)
You'll love sitting on the covered back porch that is surrounded by a fenced in yard! Lots of outdoor games will keep kids (and adults!) busy outside, and we have lots of kid activities (books, coloring, play dough) for inside play as well.

We have lots of baby items to make your stay easier: high chair, pack and play, travel bassinet, and double stroller to name a few!

There is also a fire pit in the backyard as well as a gas grill.

living room: full size leather sofa/ futon, and fun chair that folds down into a twin bed!

This little old house was an excellent stop our family of 5. We had a baby with us who enjoyed the yard and all the toys in the house. We all loved the waffles, and the cleanliness of the property and care with how it was put together made it memorable and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to others!

We had a fantastic stay at Go Blue! The house was spotless, comfortable, and full of homey touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to campus but tucked away on private property, offering both convenience and peace. It was also very kid-friendly, which made traveling with our group of five much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Terrific place to stay

This was our second time staying here and this place truly deserves all of the wonderful reviews! So nice to walk into a beautifully decorated home that is extremely clean throughout. So many wonderful extra touches are provided that to me, put this little gem over the top. Nice quiet neighborhood, dark bedrooms, comfortable furniture and close to everything we needed. Thanks again Dawn, we hope to be back again!

“ 3 Times a CHARM”

This was my THIRD time staying at this wonderful CHARMING home. Excellent location and everything that you would ever want & that allows you to feel like home.The home is always very clean, comfortable & the communication with the host is superb!There is a wonderful TV streaming & a great private fenced backyard. When you walk in, there is a brochure letting you know everything you will need to know during your stay!I look forward to my next stay & highly recommend this home..GO BLUE….. I Thank YOU!!

This is one of the cleanest home I have rented. The fenced in yard is large and clean with a covered patio, table and chairs to sit outside. Owner put a lot of thought into the kitchen accessories and waffle station. It's a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent this property again.

We loved this place. My son and his family were able to come over and play in the back yard. My grandson loved the toys they had. The beds are so nice. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the town. Owners were easy to contact and super sweet. We will be booking this again next time we are in town.

We are!

We had a great weekend at the blue house. We came up for blue and white weekend. The kids loved all the kids items and felt at home. Location was close to campus and the stadium. The place came with lots of great thoughtful amenities like a waffle bar!

We stayed for a few days with our two daughters and two small dogs and this house was a perfect fit for us! The covered patio and fenced yard was great for the dogs, and the inside of the home was clean. The waffle station was a nice touch and the Easter egg hunt was a blast! Thank you for hosting us!

Boalsburg Residence

Home was very nice and comfortable. My dog enjoyed the fenced back yard. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable, but I slept very well, so no complaints. My stay was very relaxing. The only issue was accessing the front door. The description indicated there was only one step, making it accessible to most. Unfortunately, that one step was very high, and there was no railing, and I had a very difficult time getting up on it. The back door was easier to access, so after my first entry, I was able to use the back door. A smaller step and rail or a ramp would make the home more accessible.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this house! I stayed here with three friends and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It was spotless when we arrived, and we immediately fell in love with the decor — it’s even better than the photos. The location was great too, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. I did not bring my dog, but the fenced in yard would have been perfect for her! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful visit. The home is clean and had every special detail to enjoy. The waffles were a very nice touch. Our dog especially loved the back yard which was big enough to throw ball. A great time was had by all!

A Wonderful Rental Experience

The rental was a highlight for our experince that complimented our attendance at the NCAA 2025 Fencing Championships.The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We availed ourselves of the fully functional kitchen for 3 out of 4 days.If you are visiting the area, we cannot recommend this property enough.

Good for babies and toddlers.

We had two babies in our party and had enough room to set up two pack-n-plays in the bunk-bed room. Also, since we were traveling with two littles for a medical appointment, Dawn, very kindly, granted us a late check-out which was very much appreciated

Cute home

Small, cute, tidy home that was well stocked and had a big back yard for the pup to run around. My teens loved the fire pit with s’mores supplies and the waffles with toppings. Location close to everything we needed for states. Angelos pizza is a minute away and delicious! The owner responded promptly with questions. We would stay here again if in the area.We didn’t need anything, but this place is very kid friendly. My only suggestion would to have a table, dresser, small desk in the bunk room. We didn’t have anywhere to unload our stuff or to lay things out on. But that’s minor. We loved the time here.

Cute house

We had an excellent stay in this cute little blue house! The yard was perfect for our dog, even had a crate we could use so we didnt have to haul ours. It was a perfect locations for us as we were in town for the PA HS indoor track championship. We definitely plan on being back!

Amazing stay once again!

Lovely Home Away from Home

I had a lovely stay at the Go Blue! Property. It really was a home away from home. Everything was provided. The area was lovely and it was an easy 10 minute drive to my daughter at Penn State.
