Sweet place...sweet property manager

Just a truly quaint and homey place. We both loved it. I somehow messed up and couldn't get the door open, and the property manager showed up and had it open for us in no time. She was so very considerate to do that. Would definitely stay at this home again. Was just what we needed, and it felt very welcoming from the moment we stepped in.

Didn't stay...

I did not stay. When I got to the property there were some young men walking in the yard. They asked if I was staying there and I told them 'no' and left. I did not feel safe, and really didn't know what to do. I should have called April, but just left the property and stayed with a friend in Leesburg and drove to Inverness everyday for the appointment I had there each evening.

Cozy

This cozy little place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, close to town and very close to the event we were attending, The Summer Festival at the Citrus Fairgrounds. We were there to see the Elvis Tribute Artist Show. Very clean, adorably decorated. Two sitting rooms with a TV. Front porch for enjoying Coffee or Tea and to enjoy a book. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Property was super clean and exactly as listed. We didn’t need a thing. Perfect location to the trail and downtown Inverness. Unlike most VRBOs no signs or rules everywhere which we loved. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone.

5 day cottage stay

Super duper cute cottage, nicely decorated in the downtown Inverness area and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and bedding was comfortable and safe neighborhood. Thank you

Perfect location

We had a great stay during a weekend festival. The house location is perfect to walk to Liberty Park and the bike trail. We even met the neighbors during a walk, and they were super friendly. The house was clean and actually seemed a bit bigger than the online photos. The air conditioner was nice and cold which we appreciated after being out in the heat all day. The master bed was pretty comfy and had nice pillows. The kitchen had a little of everything we needed, including an ice maker. Water pressure in the shower was good. We will be back for sure because you cannot beat the location to events going on at the park or to ride bikes on the trail or around downtown. Thank you so much!

Second Stay

Enjoyed our second stay! Very comfortable……quiet area and so close to downtown. We were able to walk to “Small Town Saturday Night” which was super fun. Great eats and music.

Ups and Downs

It started a bit rough, as April either forgot to send me the combo to the lock or it got messed up in the ether, so we had to contact her and she immediately came to the house and got the key out of the storage lock and opened the house and showed us around the house. She responded quickly when we had a question about garbage pickup

Inverness getaway

It was the perfect place for my short trip. The property manager was very good at communicating. The property was located centrally to everything and food delivery was available. The house was perfectly stocked with just about everything you could need. The master bed was amazingly comfortable. My absolute favorite part was there was a fan. As someone who sleeps with a fan on this was so helpful. Highly recommend

This is an awesome little cottage! Location is fantastic! Easy walking distance to all downtown Inverness has to offer. Your choice of restaurants, live entertainment, beautiful parks and of course the Rails to Trails bike trail. April is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Home away from home. Perfect location. Walking distance from the cutest town and beautiful park. April was kind and responsive. This home is stunning, has everything you need. Highly recommended. Location was 30 min from everything we wanted to do in the area. Great place to rest your head. Pet friendly and kid friendly. Must visit. J

The cute Bohemian Cottage

We loved this cute cottage. It looks a little outside but has a lot of room inside. Big kitchen and two places to chill or play games. It is close to bike trails which is not why we were there. We attended an Elvis Festival about 10 minutes away at the Citrus County Fairgrounds Auditorium. We go there every year and will be booking it again for next year if it is available. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathroom. It is a little small. Other than that we loved it.

Inverness visit

We were in town for a week visiting family. We're avid bike riders so the location near the bike trail was perfect. Also, it was very convenient for a short walk to bars and restaurants and shopping. We would stay again.

Hope to Stay Here Again

Our family enjoyed staying here while we visited friends. Very convenient location. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the different areas really made the house feel very roomy.

Excellent location for cycling

The extra living spaces (porch and den just inside the side door) greatly added to the enjoyment of the property. Great property manager. Nearness to the cycle rental shop and path worked very well.
