We came to use the Withlacoochee State Bike

This is the perfect location and property for cycling, food, and entertainment. Great small town feel- the property was beyond clean and functional!

Location

Very clean and great neighborhood. Felt very safe when I was by myself. Love that they had two sitting rooms with TVs. My husband and I don’t always watch the same TV shows. Would love to stay there next January

Hope to Stay Here Again

Our family enjoyed staying here while we visited friends. Very convenient location. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the different areas really made the house feel very roomy.

Great location

Property was super clean and exactly as listed. We didn’t need a thing. Perfect location to the trail and downtown Inverness. Unlike most VRBOs no signs or rules everywhere which we loved. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone.

Great location for biking enthusiasts

We wanted a weekend getaway to bike the Withlacoochee bike trail. This was a perfect location to the trail and with multiple restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was wonderful.

Beautiful cottage so close to everything downtown. April definitely makes this feel like a home - we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return .

Sweet place...sweet property manager

Just a truly quaint and homey place. We both loved it. I somehow messed up and couldn't get the door open, and the property manager showed up and had it open for us in no time. She was so very considerate to do that. Would definitely stay at this home again. Was just what we needed, and it felt very welcoming from the moment we stepped in.

Cozy

This cozy little place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, close to town and very close to the event we were attending, The Summer Festival at the Citrus Fairgrounds. We were there to see the Elvis Tribute Artist Show. Very clean, adorably decorated. Two sitting rooms with a TV. Front porch for enjoying Coffee or Tea and to enjoy a book. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome little cottage! Location is fantastic! Easy walking distance to all downtown Inverness has to offer. Your choice of restaurants, live entertainment, beautiful parks and of course the Rails to Trails bike trail. April is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Hostess Thinks of Everything!

April, the hostess, seems to have thought of our every need before we did. Directions, bottle opener, bandaids, all of the little details that you never think to pack but always wish you had. Super friendly, and a wonderful stay! We will certainly stay here again!

Adorable and excellent

I have never stayed in a VRBO and I am so happy I took a chance because this property was so cute and comfy for our needs. April was very accommodating before we even got to the property. So clean and smelled so good. A quiet neighborhood as well. My daughter said she gets homesick usually but this house helped so much and she didn't feel sick at all. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home. Perfect location. Walking distance from the cutest town and beautiful park. April was kind and responsive. This home is stunning, has everything you need. Highly recommended. Location was 30 min from everything we wanted to do in the area. Great place to rest your head. Pet friendly and kid friendly. Must visit. J
