It is a dream place to visit. Almost a fairytale town. We were fortunate enough to visit during the country music festival. The home was overstocked with everything we needed. Our host surprised us with furbaby blankets and cookies. The neighbors were super friendly and everything was within a 5 minute drive.

This is the second time we stayed at the mint retreat. We enjoyed the listing and all the personal touches. Communication with the host was great and it is in a great central location for the area.

Springs stay

We came here to visit the nearby Rainbow Springs, and it was exactly what we needed! Affordable, clean, pet-friendly! We will definitely be back!

Love staying at Mint Retreat! Such a beautiful house and pet friendly. Close to everything in Inverness. Has everything you need for your stay including homemade cookies! Penny asked if there was anything she could supply us with before our arrival. Second time we have stayed here. Will definitely be going back!

We enjoyed our visit at R & P’s property. The house was clean, in a good location & nice neighborhood. The host were more than accommodating and provided homemade cookies, coffee, and other treats for us. We would definitely recommend this property.

I highly recommend this house. It was very clean, the host was very helpful and she provided everything you need. Our dog loved having the fenced backyard to run around and play.

Wonderful rental

House was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable and in a great location! Penny was fabulous and so very thoughtful! We loved the fenced in backyard for our fur babies! We will definitely stay again. I would recommend this house to anyone

The Mint Retreat was perfect! The house was in a perfect location to ride the bike trails. It’s on a quiet street and the screen porch was very relaxing, our fur baby loved it. Penny, the host, was awesome! She explained the check-in and checkout process and was available for any questions. She left a nice welcome note and even made oatmeal cookies, which were delicious. We didn’t want to leave, but will definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. Close to the baseball fields for our son’s tournament. Great location, clean, and very comfortable! Penny was excellent! She let us have a late checkout so we can leave our dog there while at the baseball game. We forgot some items when we left and she shipped them to us right away. She was a great hostess! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

The Mint Retreat

Wonderful home and very welcoming! Fur baby loved the screened in porch and fenced in back yard. Penny provided so many amenities and thought of so many personal details! Highly recommended! We can't wait to return!

We were thrilled with this charming property on a peaceful residential street, yet conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. But the true highlight is the host, Ms. Penny—she welcomed us with a thoughtful handwritten note detailing the property, fresh-baked cookies, after-dinner mints (fitting for the "Mint House"!), and plenty of other delightful touches. She was always responsive and available for any questions. Highly recommended—great house and an exceptional host!
