This place was wonderful. It was comfortably furnished with nice sized rooms. It had everuthong we needed for our stay. The two lanais were nice. The view from the larger one was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous and well mantained. The walk to the beach was short and we saw sea turtles and monk seals there everyday! The location was great.

Lovely condo in central Poipu

Extremely clean, conveniently located within walking distance to several beaches and along the Heritage Trail. Great cross breezes kept the unit naturally cool and two lanais to enjoy the views and bird sounds from!

Great Location, Very Nice Place to Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will for sure consider staying here again when we get back to Kauai. Easy walk to the beach. Unit was clean and lots of space. The beach chairs and beach toys were nice to have at the ready as well.

Great spot!

We loved our stay! The place was even better than expected! The condo was a great size and very clean! We loved spending time on the patio overlooking the lawn and the ocean in the distance. The location was amazing, a 4 minute walk to the beach. The condo supplied everything we needed- chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.

Great Getaway

The place was perfect! Clean, easy check in process and great views with a short walk to the beaches. We did need assistance 1 time. We called and texted the after hours number and had help in just few minutes. This is a great place to stay!

Excellent Poipu Condo

Me and my now wife stayed here before our wedding. Everything was perfect and it was the easiest walk to Poipu and Brennecke’s beach. Please stay here if you are looking to have beach time but don’t want to deal with fighting the crowds at the parking lots. Thank you for having us and me and my wife will be back!

Perfect location & lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. We so appreciated the added personal touch of a warm welcome basket of fruit, coffees, chocolate & so much more. We arrived on Christmas day after a rare 5 day travel delay to get to our destination. We know Kauai very well; also the property & area. We would stay at this unit again. It was well organized, welcoming and had everything we could need for a 2 week stay. Thank you to the owners.

Beautiful condo in Kauai

Stayed at this condo for 4 nights and my boyfriend and I had a great experience! The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. We were super appreciative of all the beach gear that was provided as well! We loved how close the condo was to Poipu beach (walking distance) and to shipwreck beach (4 min drive). We also accessed the pool which was lovely and relaxing. The AC unit in the bedroom took a little while to cool the room, but once cooled it felt great and we slept very comfortably. Overall this condo was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again when we return to Kauai.

Beautiful condo in fun beach community!

We had a great stay at this condo located near Poipu Beach! We walked across the street each morning and saw Sea Turtles resting on the beach. Each evening, we walked over to take in the sunset. The location is convenient to all that Poipu has to offer; restaurants and shops are nearby. The Development has two pools and the one closest to this Condo got very little use. We had it to ourselves a couple of times. The Condo itself is nicely furnished and equipped with household items. It is an older building, but well maintained and very clean. We would stay again.

Location, Location, Location

What a great place to stay! Everything we needed and more. Located just a short walk down the property and you are at Brennecke Beach. Two decks were great to either get out of or in to the sun. Definitely will stay here again if we return. We broke two wine glasses, one in the sink and the other in the dishwasher. Replaced with plastic! Hope that is fine to do, we could not find glass ones. Plastic are great but let us know if we need to pay for them. Again, highly recommend this place! Thanks.

Highly recommend

We had such a great stay at the condo. The place was very clean and decorated with the traditional Hawaiian decor. Bathroom was large and gave us plenty of space to unpack, bedroom had a king size bed and a AC unit in the bedroom that cooled the room well. Patio was great and a perfect place to start your morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Beach gear was great and was provided chairs, umbrella, small cooler and boogie board. The property as a whole was nice, it’s walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. There is a tennis pro shop you can pay a daily rate to play tennis or pickle ball. We only used one pool on the property and it was close to the condo and had a hot tub. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the south side of the island.

Beautiful spacious cono

Very spacious lovely condo in a beautifully kept setting. Felt the condo had great linens, towels and extras that hep one settle in quickly. Very close to beach and whatever needed such as beach chairs , snorkel gear ,towels included. Bed was lovely, wonderfully large closet and bathroom. Kitchen very nice and well set up. Ratten furniture was very comfortable which often isn’t in other condos we have stayed in as this furniture is most likely more expensive. There could be better lighting such as higher watt bulbs . Washing machine doesn’t clean well as it is too small annd short wash cycle. a regular size washer would make a difference. We really enjoyed this condo and the couple issues above are not a deal breaker. We felt we made the right choice. Definitely recommend .

We had a very positive stay in Kauai in this unit. Unit has upgraded kitchen and bathroom and was very clean. Had most of everything we needed in the kitchen and beach chairs and beach toys.Unit has only air conditioning in the bedroom. The exposure of the family room/dining room made it very uncomfortable in that area of the unit during the afternoon. Weather in Kauai seems to no longer have the tradewinds to cool things off in the evenings, at least not during our recent stays.

Unbeatable location!

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again! The unit is well equipped from kitchen to beach supplies, and is so close to the beach. We appreciated the AC unit in the bedroom. We hope to be back!

Lovely Space

Through the years we’ve stayed in this unit many times. This is a lovely spacious condo. We like the garden view. This condo has always had everything we need yet regretfully, we won’t be able to stay again.This condo has a mold issue, which can be common in Hawaii. As soon as you open the front door, you smell it - mold smell has always been quite strong upon entry. I do have sensitive immune issues. My husband does not. We have both gotten sick, the last two times we’ve stayed here. I have never addressed the mold issue with management. We really love the Poipu Kai area. We have always loved this condo.
