Large Poipu Kai Condo with Air Conditioning in Perfect Location for Everything!
This condo is a spacious 1,400 square foot air conditioned condo with oversized windows and two lanais to help guests enjoy the surrounding beauty of the resort. Master and guest bedrooms with respective bathrooms provide privacy, while plenty of closet space and a washer and dryer accommodate visitors with extended stays. The two twin beds in the guest bedroom can be merged to make one king bed. Everything you need is in the kitchen for preparing and eating all your meals. Enjoy WiFi, two smart cable TVs (living room and master bedroom), books and beach accessories kept for all guests. A ground floor unit with no stairs makes the condo easy to access.
Poipu Kai Resort is on beautifully manicured lawns and gardens in the Poipu Beach community. Guests have access to swimming pools, Jacuzzis and tennis courts. Through the heart of the resort is the greenbelt, a scenic walking path which links the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach at one end, and Brennecke’s/Poipu Beach Park at the opposite end. Within a few minutes drive of the condo you have access to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukui'ula where you'll find a wide variety of casual and fine dining along with dozens of stores to shop. A 5 minute drive will get you to Old Town Koloa with more shopping and grocery stores, along with a bank and post office. For golf enthusiasts you're a couple minutes to the beautiful Kiahuna and Poipu Bay Golf Courses.
The Regency swimming pool is just steps away from the condo along with a jacuzzi and covered gas grills. The condo is away from the street to eliminate noise and other traffic nuisance. The condo's windows and lanais allow trade winds to blow through the condo, while reducing heat from direct sunlight. In the absence of trade winds enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the unit.

I technically did not stay at this property because of a hurricane but Joel was the most gracious host. He communicated with us proactively about the conditions on the island and gave us updated information from the state advisories.

Excellent unit. Lots of room and well equipped. Host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. Parking space was a bit tight but manageable. Pool was heavy used with large numbers some nights. Beach was a short walk away.

This condo was fantastic! The location was amazing for a quick walk to the beaches. The condo was well stocked, clean, quiet and large. We loved every minute of our vacation and didn’t want to leave.

The location was perfect. The Condo had everything you would want and was clean. Joel was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kauai.

I stay here every year and it is a fabulous property. Everything you need and more while you are in Kauai. Highly recommend!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Was a large and clean space, giving us the space to spread out and enjoy all that Kauai has to offer.

We stayed in Joel's condo for 30 days, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The information he provided was so appreciated, and his unit was so well stocked. We had relatives come during our stay and there was room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, the pool/hot tub/barbeque area were right outside our door, and the concrete paths in the area were great for getting to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches. We might just have to come back sometime.

Great place!
We stayed for a week- great location, kids loved the pool and nearby access to snorkeling. It was everything we could have hoped for!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—easy access to Poipu Beach, shopping, and great restaurants. We really appreciated the well-stocked beach gear and cart, which made our stay so much more convenient. The host was responsive and check-in was seamless. It was the perfect home base for exploring Kauai, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Kauai vacation rental in Poipu/Koloa
Awesome location just a quick walk in the park from both shipwreck and Poipu beach. Spacious and clean property and gorgeous grounds/pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean condo. The location was perfect! It was our first time to stay in Poipu and it was nice that it wasn't too far of a drive to go to the west, east and northern part of Kauai. There were many good places to eat close by. Poipu Beach was within walking distance and the pool is right outside the condo. I highly recommend this place and i would choose to stay here again.
