A 2-bd/2-ba ground floor condo in the heart of beautiful sunny Poipu offers the perfect home away from home. Enjoy open living space with two sofas, TV entertainment center, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for preparing meals. Dine in on a “pineapple” pedestal table or casually at the breakfast bar. Take in the breeze from one of two lanais or relax in central air conditioning for your comfort after a day of fun in the sun. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, and private lanai as well as a marble bath with twin sinks, oversized walk-in shower, and deep jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request in advance, and a common bathroom across the hall has a tub/shower combo. Just steps to the pool and barbecue grills... minutes walk to nearby beaches, tennis courts, an additional pool and jacuzzi, and restaurants.

Great Place!

The property was very nice, well stocked and conveniently located. There's a handy walking path that goes to a beach in either direction. Close (but not too close) to shopping and restaurants.

Vacation 2025

This was an awesome property as past reviews have mentioned. The visit included, me, my husband and our adult daughter. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the location cannot be beat. Just to note, we did have one small issue with the parking spot assigned to the unit and the property manager was quick to respond with a solution which we appreciated. We will definitely stay in this unit again during future visits.

Wonderful place to stay fir our first time to Kauai!

The manager was very responsive and made the whole process very easy. Very clean and we loved the walking paths.

Clean, spacious and beautifully furnished.

The property exceeded all expectations! The service provided by the property manager was exceptional. Mere hours after reporting a leak in the coffee maker and brand new one was delivered. Great location near beaches and shopping and the close proximity to communal pool/hot tub was a bonus.

Poipu GEM!!!

So many positives about this property! Great location! Easy checkin/out! Everything vacationers with or without kids would hope for plus more! Beach equipment, cooler, chairs! Close to pool and jacuzzi! Walking distance to Poipu beach and great food joints! We were extremely happy with this VRBO! Would recommend and rent again! Nothing but positives and we use VRBO alot so we know a good thing!

Perfect condo in Poipu

My husband, 3month old, and I had a great stay at Regency 610. We spent a few nights in Princeville then moved to Poipu and the condo was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was a game changer. The location is great (other reviews mention being on the main walking path, which is true, but didn’t bother us), walking distance to the Hyatt & Poipu beach and right next to a pool. The unit was very well stocked and had beach gear, too. We would stay again!

Great condo!

This condo was fantastic! It was super clean and in a great location - within walking distance of beaches, a quick drive to awesome restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having access to three pools was also nice. Another great perk was having a reserved parking space! Jeremy and Kristen were always super quick to respond. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful Kauai

The condo was lovely. So clean and comfortable! The kitchen was completely equipped. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and a pool right outside the lanai. The owners thought of everything. Only complaint? Could not stay longer. Would 100% rent again.

Excellent location!

What a lovely spacious unit! Pictures of places like this usually make the unit look larger than it actually is, however I thought it was bigger inside than the pictures indicate. My family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was big, bathrooms were big and the lanai was lovely for coffee in the morning. It's just about .5 mile to Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's and the pool/spa is right outside the door. We had no noise issues at all from being so close. Very short drive to plenty of restaurants, Little Fish Coffee and many other beaches. Highly recommend!

Best family vacation to date

Vacations are rarely relaxing with our two littles ones (age 4.5 and 16 months) but our stay at the Regency Mala Pua was rejuvenating and fun for the whole family. Our condo was just steps from the pool which our 4.5 year-old loved and the walk to the beach is an easy 10-minute stroll on a stroller-friendly walking path through manicured gardens, sweeping lawns, and gorgeous frangipani trees. (Our daughters loved running through the grass and climbing the trees. Such a kid-friendly place!) The property had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach or the pool with the exception of beach toys which we found for just $5 at Safeway in Lihue. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the master shower and jacuzzi bath was very luxurious. Even though you have neighbors, the property was quiet and with the windows closed you can't hear much at all so we slept great. My only complaint is that we BBQ'd at the pool and had to use paper towels for plates as there weren't any plastic ones (no glass allowed at the pool). A pour-over or French Press coffee setup in addition to the coffee pot would also be nice. :) These were just minor inconveniences though - it was an incredible stay and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

We truly enjoyed this place! Location, floorplan, community, proximity to the beach - everything was great! 10 min walk to Poipu beach, assigned parking spot, pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. We recommend thos place to everyone who is looking for quiet and peaceful time.
