We had a wonderful stay! Joel was fantastic to work with from start to finish—his communication was quick, clear, and made the whole booking process easy. The unit itself exceeded expectations, with a beautiful beachfront view that made every morning feel like a treat. The location couldn’t have been better, putting us close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling like our own private retreat. We’d happily book with Joel again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Our stay was amazing! The condo is perfectly located on the beach and directly across from Bridge St. Very clean and hosts were extremely communicative and accessible for anything we needed! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future on return trips to AMI!

Perfect location
You couldn’t find a better place to stay. We loved being right on the beach and close to all the great shops and restaurants of Bridge Street. Joel was a very attentive host and even checked on us a couple of times during our stay.

This condo is in a great location! Close to everything(restaurants with live music, gift shops, and only a few steps away from the ocean)! The owner is only a text away if you need to contact him about something. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Bridge Street Condo
Location was great, right on the beach! Condo had super parking and had everything we needed for our stay. Joel was very communicative and the property was perfect, loved our stay.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 7 days May 2-May 9 2026. We have stayed at several different places since our son moved to Florida 4 years ago. This condo and the area were exceptional to say the least. Joel was the perfect host, always getting right back to me with any questions we had. The beach was beautiful! We will definitely be coming back hopefully at least once or twice a year. I looked for the guest book so I could leave a message there, but the one that I found was all filled up!

Great Location
We loved our stay at the condo. This place is right where you want to be with all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the view from the balcony was wonderful in the mornings when we had our coffee. We couldn’t have had a better time and my kids loved being able to go get ice cream and gelato without us having to drive them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to restaurants and the kids enjoyed the pool after playing on the beach. Designated parking is also a plus. We had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. Beautiful place to stay when visiting Anna Maria Island.

The property was just like the pictures, and the best place to watch sunsets
Joel and Denise are great hosts. They checked in with us after we arrived. The condo is right on the beach with the best view!

Wonderful spot right on the beach and next to everything
We had a wonderful stay and Joel was so helpful! The condo was so well equipped and had literally everything that we needed- even some spices and a coffee grinder. The condo was spacious and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Christmas Beach Vacay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, it was nice and clean on arrival, and everything we needed was there. It was super easy to rent bikes and a beach wheelchair and we had plenty of space to park and keep our rented extras. The location can't be beat- right on the beach with amazing views and dining and shopping just steps away as well. We loved it so much and heading back next year!

My husband and I went with friends and it was great. My husband said it was the best place we’ve stayed at. We liked being able to walk out on the beach and everything was within walking distance. Definitely would go back.

We decided to purchase this condo for the unspoiled beauty of the beach and old Florida charm of the island. We looked at properties from Clearwater Beach all the way down to Siesta Key and this condo took our breath away from the second we saw it. The complex is intimate and relaxing with spectacular views even from the covered parking. Once we walked inside the condo the first time, we NEVER wanted to leave so we decided to call it our home away from home! This truly is paradise at its finest...
