This space was perfect for the 7-person bachelorette party we were having. Each gal had their own space and privacy. Very clean and in a great location. The pool was also clean and perfect to enjoy in the heat. The washing machine and pool towels were a nice touch. We had a wonderful time here. We did have to pay an expensive early check-in fee via PayPal to the owner. This seemed like a lot, as there was no one staying the night before and I've never been charged a fee for that in all my years of traveling.

The property was true to the photos its a 3 level property with bed rooms and living space on the 1st 2 levels. Property allows for enough space for both private and common areas. The property is located in a neighborhood which is in the gentrification process close to the French Quarter and other attractions There is ample street parking which was a breath of fresh air. Both the roof top and pool are good additions if the permits could benefit from adding fans to the outdoor areas. If your group is OK with stairs this is a good option for a nice size group. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The property does have 2 kitchens but only 1 was fully stocked with dishes. If it wasn't for the need of a adjustments we would given a 5 star review. Property was clean safe and well decorated. I would stay here again.

The house was even better than photos! It was clean, organized, had plenty of space and everything we needed for a 2 day trip to NOLA for a bachelorette party. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe as well. Would absolutely rebook in the future. Thank you!

Excellent location, quick communication. Plenty of street parking, very quiet neighborhood. Know that there is a suite on the first floor, a bedroom on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. There is noise with people walking above you and going up and down the stairs but not too terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Just for clarity in regards to the noise above. We rent the entire villa -upstairs and downstairs -out to one group at a time . Amazing place

Loved this place! Stayed for graduation and so much room for multiple people. The whole process was super smooth and the place was awesome. Loved the gated entry and the courtyard with pool.

Great place with an amazing central location to everywhere

The place was as described and we had a wonderful time staying here. There were plenty of spaces for me and my 5 friends to all stay and have their own areas. The location was center to everything we wanted to do and the communication within VRBO and text was stellar. I highly recommend staying here!
